My boyfriend and I came here to grab dinner and the staff was so kind and welcoming. When I didn't want to sit in a booth they were super accommodating and moved us to a different table. Our server was super friendly and when we ended up having to leave early because I wasn't feeling well, our server was quick with bringing us the check and to-go boxes. Stopped by during our recent visit to Seattle. I had been here years ago and decided to give it another try. It was just as good as I remembered it to be. The bar area is fully equipped with multiple TVs. This was a sneaky good place to watch sports. They had great content management with all important college football and baseball games on the TVs. We got the crispy taco and cheese enchilada plate and al pastor tacos. It came with so much food we didn't come close to finishing it all. It was all very good and fresh. Great little spot not far from my hotel. Sat at the bar the bartender was great, made a fantastic margarita. Got the garibaldi platter which was essentially not chopped fajitas. I'm gonna say the customer service is above and beyond amazing the location is easy to find there is parking as well as street parking. The ambience is great. It's a Mexican restaurant. It has a lot of authentic Mexican theme stuff the food. I've only been once and I'm gonna go back to customer service and it was great. I got a taco salad. I wasn't impressed especially just moving here from Arizona. It was overpriced. Very small. The taco meat was not seasoned like taco seasoning. It was just ground beef. The percentage of meat was small the lettuce was a lot. The guacamole didn't really feel authentic or homemade felt like it might've been just out of a tub yeah nothing stood out about it, but I'm gonna give him another try just because The lady who helped me with my ticket order was so great and customer service wise. Went for Friday night dinner and have done takeouts before. The place is in a very good location and near climate pledge arena. The interior gives a lot of Mexican vibes and they were decorating for cinco de mayo. I ordered enchiladas rancheros with Al pastor meat. That was not on the menu but they added it and charged extra for the selection(2$). The food was average and not much flavorful. They also offer chips. However, when ordering crispy Tacos, I wish they would put them on a separate plate because my Tacos were soggy and feel apart, but they were still good. My partner said his food was good, but they also put the crispy taco on his plate and it was soggy. He ordered whole beans and they brought refried and made the correction quickly. My review is based solely on pick-up. I ordered the Carne Asada, which cost around $30 and included complimentary chips and tortillas. The portion size was generous and quite filling. I really enjoyed the beans and the seasoning on the carne, but I wasn't a fan of the rice or how chewy the meat was. It's possible the texture was affected by it being a pick-up order, so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. Overall, it was a decent experience, and if I find myself craving Carne Asada again, I might consider ordering it. read more

It really sucks that I have to write this review because I love their food so much. I place an order @ 4:45pm and set it for pick up at 5:50. I get there and it's busy, there is nobody present, and I had to wait for a waiter to spot me in order to tell them I have a pickup order. I tell them the name for the order and they told me they don't have it and that it must've been picked up for delivery. This doesn't make any sense because I placed an order for pickup, not delivery. I show them three different kinds of proof of purchase with my name, date, and the order with the restaurants address and everything. They told me they don't have it. I ask if they can make it cause I already paid and they told me I would have to wait as they have a long list of people that need to be sat for dinner. Look, I've worked in so many restaurants. I know what it's like to forget someone's order or to screw up like this especially when it's busy butThis is not the type of situation to be saying "you have to wait another hour for your food that you placed almost two hours ago." You send in that order on the fly and you make it for the customer who has been waiting much longer than any of the folks that arrived after to be sat for dinner. Yeah they made me wait for almost an hour. Folks around me were gossiping about the lack of organization this restaurant has and it made perfect sense. Once again I hate to be writing this but y'all lost a regular customer. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Delicious food but PLEASE do something about this. The service was fine and the inside was comfortable and colorful with plenty of TVs if you want to watch the game. But the food was really underwhelming. The nachos tasted more like store-bought ingredients and I didn't finish them. My partner wasn't a fan of his fajitas either and felt they lacked flavor. The mango marg he had was fine but the jalapeño marg I had was too sweet and flavorless and wasn't spicy enough. Plaza Garibaldi is my go-to location when I'm ordering delivery and craving Mexican food. I've also visited a few times in person. The chips and salsa are really tasty. But watch out for the spice on that salsa if you're midwestern ;-) The portions are large and I really enjoy the flavor of their red enchilada/burrito sauce. Over the years I've tried their quesadillas, taquitos rancheros, burritos, so many sides of refried beans (yum!), and flavored margaritas. I usually love coming here. The atmosphere, the food, and service is usually what is good. Though today was horrible. I waited for a while but was fine with it. Though it's not busy at all. The woman who was running food acknowledged me and asked if I wanted something to drink. I said yes and told her what it was. At the same time she was making a drink for someone else. She walked over to him and brought him back chips and salsa. Didn't even bring me any or ask if I wanted anything. I was like ok, she will be back. Nope. She left me alone and took forever, at this point I had been here for over 20 minutes easily, to even come back. By that time I decided to order on Postmates because she wasn't giving me any time. The other person also ended up getting food by this time. So I'm sitting here with nothing, no acknowledgement since my drink and I spoke up because it is not right. We came during the Super Bowl because they have huge TV's in every room, this place is amazing for watching a game and is in a perfect location for pre-gaming for any events at Climate Pledge. We just weren't feeling the quality of the food, although the drinks hit the spot. Just off of one margarita alone, I was already buzzing. We like how chill the vibe was and feel it would be better for apps and drinks than for dinner dinner. You can just tell the cheese isn't the greatest, and even the nacho chips were paper-thin and stale. It was pretty bad, so we opted to have dinner somewhere else after the game because we didn't want to risk getting sick or feeling not so great after. I will say the place is immaculately clean, and the service here is top-notch. Even without good food quality, I can still see us returning to chill at the bar and have some drinks. What a gem! We walked past this place in January after parking to see the globetrotters. The food smelled good then so we made a mental note to try it. We got tickets to see SZA last week and decided we were going to stop here to eat. We were greeted with warm smiles and laughter which immediately made me comfortable. They were closing in an hour but didn't seem to mind us coming in. We weren't rushed and got a discount for checking in on YELP. I was surprised that they weren't packed with so many people headed to the concert. We had drinks and food and the one things to note are the cream sauce! It was absolutely delicious.
