I live about a block away and have never actually eaten here, so I decided to give it a try! I came around 6 PM on a Saturday and the place was empty. There was a person eating at the bar and a DJ playing house music so it was a vibe. A worker came over to take my order immediately, and then I waited. My food quickly came out. If it had been later in the day it would be a nice spot with an upbeat vibe to go with a group of people. My food was decent, though expensive for what it was. The torta was fine--I love tortas and this one was standard. I also got the quesabirria. This tasted great, though for the price, I was surprised there were only two. This came with two hot sauces which were decent. Overall pricey, but the food is solid!

Food - Tacos are decent, comes out warm. A bit pricy for the quality of the tacos. Carne asada tacos could use some more sear and crust. Service - Pleasant and fast service. You order at the bar and they bring the food to your table. Ambiance - Taqueria with indoor/outdoor seating. Has a bar available. Well lit with windows and clean.

This place seems fairly new, and we decided to check it out for happy hour. Their hours are pretty good, running from 4 to 8 PM. We started with the pork tacos, which were tasty, and the margaritas were amazing! After enjoying the tacos, we thought we'd give the burrito a try, but it was quite disappointing. If you're looking for drinks and just tacos, this might be the spot for you. Just note that the service is order-at-the-counter, and your food will be brought to your table.

This is a Mexican food place with a bar vibe. Service was good and friendly. Food was decent. * Carne Asada Taco 4/5 - The beef taco was good with the green sauce on top. The diced onions and cilantro also added good flavors to the taco. * Pastor Taco 3.5/5 - The pork was okay, a bit tough. * Carnitas Taco 3/5 - The carnitas was salty with not a lot of flavors. They didn't taste very good. * Chips and Salsa 3.5/5 - The chips were kind of hard, almost like they were cooked for too long. The salsa was okay, a bit basic.

Never not order a Margarita while having Mexican food.

Checked out Fair Taco in SLU for their 1-year anniversary--first time here, and the vibes were solid. Good music, party energy, and a big Spanish-speaking crowd (always a good sign). I tried the steak, carne asada, and cochinita pibil tacos--super flavorful, with the cochinita being the standout. Their house sauce? Incredibly spicy and seriously delicious--the kind of heat that'll put hair on a gringo. The well margaritas could use a better tequila upgrade, but they were strong and did the job. Pricing's not food truck cheap, but fair for the quality and seasoning. If you're after authentic flavor and a good time, this spot's worth a visit.

    This is the queso birria

Good drinks, friendly staff, great food, cochinitas de Pibil is the bomb meat selection, if you don't want pork everything else is also tasty and legit

Tacos, shrimp and brisket. Really good

Great location. Walk up ordering. Seats and drinks available if you want to sit down and take your time to eat. It's like the best of a taco truck with a warm indoor experience. I LOVED the food. Tacos were great, but the torta was divine. Location and setting were great. I will be back.

Happy Hour Marg is 8$, well drinks 6$, tacos 3$

I've lived in the neighborhood for 3 years, so sad I just discovered this spot today. Great prices, fantastic food, and great vibes. Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately this place wasn't for us. I ordered carne asada tacos and the texture of the meat was very off. It was to the point I thought I was served the wrong thing. The tacos had no flavor to it and wasn't your regular carne asada tacos. The hot sauce I can say was really good. The Elotes was also really good. We also weren't a fan of enchiladas and mole, they didn't taste like much. I will not be going back.

This spot has a really large menu and tends more towards authentic Mexican food rather than TexMex. They have huaraches, tacos, quesadillas, and more! The tortillas are homemade and the quesadillas were naturally colored to look like the Mexican flag! They have multiple vegetarian and meat options too. It also looked like there were vegan choices too. They have a bar with a variety of margaritas, beers, micheladas, etc. and they have another section of the menu with some unique mains like birria ramen noodle soup. We liked pretty much everything we tried, but it was a tad oily with so many fried items. The servers were very attentive and friendly even though you order at the counter before sitting down. They told us more about their ingredients and approach and were very kind and conversational when they checked in. It's a fast casual ambiance with a bar and a fun I Tacos mural on the pillar. They're in the same spot the ramen spot used to be and I'd come back and try more!

Two tinga and two carne asada tacos. Very delicious. Staff is great

Food is great, Margaritas also! Service is excellent. Angel plays amazing music! They have happy hour too!

Amazing food especially the pastor tacos. The bartenders are always super friendly and have some of the best margs in town.

The whole space has this intimate, luxurious atmosphere that makes the experience feel special the moment you walk in. We tried the Japanese Breakfast, which is a savory cocktail and such a pleasant surprise. It genuinely has miso soup notes. It's very unique and creative. I also had El Boho (flavorful but not overly sweet). The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending drinks. The prices are on the higher end, but personally I think they're totally worth it for the creativity and overall experience. This is the spot I bring all my out-of-town friends to because the ambiance, vibes, and drinks are just that good. Truly one of Seattle's gems.

The space is elegant, unique, and lives up to the photos. I also want to recognize the manager, who was polite, professional, and kindly explained that reservations were required. I completely understand and respect that policy. Unfortunately, my interaction with the bartender before speaking with the manager was the complete opposite. As I tried to get her attention, I felt like she repeatedly looked at me with annoyance and made me feel unwelcome. Rather than simply explaining the reservation policy herself, she went to get the manager instead. She had a problem with Hispanics. She refused to engaged at all. The way I was treated left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially as someone who was genuinely excited to visit. A beautiful venue can only go so far when the hospitality doesn't match. I would have happily accepted that reservations were required if I had simply been treated with basic kindness and respect from the start. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because the location itself is stunning, and the manager handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, because of my interaction with the bartender I've added in the photos, I don't see myself returning. Sadly they have a Prejudice bartender.

Parking can be a wee bit tricky so waking, ride share, or public transit will be your best options. But if you have to drive we found a paid lot a few blocks away While this wasn't the best tiki bar we've ever been to, it did stand out for the presentation of drinks, the cool (and massive) octopus, the immersion, and overall vibe is nice and atmospheric They have four non-alcoholic options which I really appreciated as the one driving for the night! They also have standard as well as unique takes on tiki drinks. We were surprised to find so many options with vodka and tequila which isn't common in a more traditional tiki bar We had the: - "Kiki Premier Mai Tai" which wasn't as rum forward as we would have thought, especially given how many rums it had in it; but overall it was a classic style Mai Tai and tasty with quality rums - "One Eyed Willy" which has a fun presentation in a chest with smoking dry ice. This one you could taste the rum more and overall it was a really enjoyable drink and experience - "See A Light" which is a non-alcoholic option and the taste was just as good as the presentation. Came in a lovely angler fish tiki mug with the light and everything! The taste was complex and something that thought went into creating - "Four Boys" another non-alcoholic option that was the coolest visual as it came in a "steaming" crock pot. The taste was very unexpected, in a good way, and is a drink I would get again Overall the drinks were about a 4/5 but with the charming atmosphere and whimsical presentation it's a 5 star experience that is just fun

First and foremost, you need to make a reservation. I did end up needing to move my reservation up because of scheduling but it worked out and the staff were really nice about helping me. This is a speakeasy inside Rumba, I did not know that going in. It's incredibly cool to walk into the bar. The decor is amazing. It's super small though with a few tables and bar seating. It was kinda loud when I was there since most tables were filled. My server was nice as well and was able to answer all my questions. Ambiance was exceptional and is such a cool place to visit. Most of the cocktails came with fancy show of some sort and were extravagant - and equally delicious. I got The Inside Passage, but there were at least three others I was trying to chose from. There was a lot of thought that went into the presentation of each of the drinks and I love that attention to detail. Since it was around dinner time I did want to order food and drink. They did not have the Kikisoba (they ran out) and that made me sad, but I was able to order the Rumba sliders and a basket of fries. I'm not a huge sliders fan, and I did order the caramelized pineapple on the side. The sliders were incredibly flavorful and the perfect size. For anyone wanting to visit Seattle, I do highly recommend this place. It's a really cool vibe and the food is really good too.

We then waited another 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The male server with blonde curly hair clearly seemed more interested in chatting with certain customers than serving others. After waiting so long, we ended up going inside to place our order ourselves. When the server finally approached and asked if we wanted anything, I told him my sister was already ordering inside.
