Henry came in for the estimate and another round of measurements. He provided two options for us and showed plenty of examples on his iPad so we could see what it would look like. They were able to do everything for us within a week which was very appreciated because we couldn't use that shower in our house without the panel installed. Overall the install was very straightforward. Two guys came in to take care of it. They were polite and removed their shoes which I appreciated :) I can see the work is very precise and neat. I knocked off a star because we waited over an hour after our appt time for the estimate with no proper reason, and then on the day of the install someone called me saying they would be about 4 hours late. Two minutes later the install guys showed up. I think they need to do a better job of scheduling and coordinating calendars. In any case, once the work is done you don't have to worry about it again, so a little bit of hassle isn't the end of the world.

Bill listened to my concerns and immediately began to educate me on how to determine if the floor was installed the right way and how I would be able to correct what had been done. Bill was genuinely interested in making sure I had the right information about tiles, the installation process and different techniques to get the best results. In the end, I had to remove everything down to the subfloor but I am so happy that I did because I will now avoid years of continuously having to repair a bad floor. Bill worked with me to pick the best floor tile for the design and price I wanted. He also met with my new contractor to make sure the floor would be installed correctly.
