These folks know what they are doing, and certainly know a good shower door. We had a glass panel…read morego into our open concept shower in our master bath. Henry came in for the estimate and another round of measurements. He provided two options for us and showed plenty of examples on his iPad so we could see what it would look like. They were able to do everything for us within a week which was very appreciated because we couldn't use that shower in our house without the panel installed. Overall the install was very straightforward. Two guys came in to take care of it. They were polite and removed their shoes which I appreciated :) I can see the work is very precise and neat. I knocked off a star because we waited over an hour after our appt time for the estimate with no proper reason, and then on the day of the install someone called me saying they would be about 4 hours late. Two minutes later the install guys showed up. I think they need to do a better job of scheduling and coordinating calendars. In any case, once the work is done you don't have to worry about it again, so a little bit of hassle isn't the end of the world.
