Judging by size of company I was expecting a legitimate service. Technician showed up with a handheld portable unit (equivalent to a Bissell Little Green) and used Tide detergent as the cleaning solution. I was aghast. We don't even use Tide to wash our clothing. I was extremely disappointed that there is so little due diligence for All Furniture to ensure their contractors are equipped with the correct equipment and cleaning supplies. No disrespect to the actual technician as he was nice and did perform the job. He did miss cleaning the sides and back of the sofa and the underside of the cushions however. I could have purchased this unit myself off of Amazon and used my own baby detergent if I knew it was going to be this shoddy of a service. I called the office to complain of the service and there was no follow up or rectification of our concerns.
