When I confronted the staff about it, they simply printed out a prescription and told me to order it online. If they already know their prices are that inflated, why not fix it instead of making customers jump through hoops? I used to come here regularly, but this experience was the last straw. I will never bring my pet here again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone -- not even to my worst enemy. There was a man who began to curse and yell at me to get out of this area because it was private property. I apologized and told him that I would get out. But there was so zero space for me to take a U-turn and I saw that there was a larger area for me to turn the car upfront, so I told him I would drive a little further and turn my car around. He then screamed that it was private property and I would have to figure out a way to get out from where I was. It took me at least 20 minutes to slowly back my way out of this small street. Although, I was not a customer I could definitely see what service that these employees provide. I'm disappointed that I couldn't give this place anything lower than one star.
