Doesn't matter how much money you spend with them, if they tell you three hours than always multiple it by 2 if not 3. If you leave and tell them you will pick up later, then they will screw you over and put you last. One tire to change out and took five hours. Really!!! We were heading out of town on vacation and our tire started shaking badly whenever we hit 60 mph. We found this Plaza Tire online and made it there when they opened. tire plaza on south side of paducah ky is not the place to buy tires . they do not stand behind what they sell . falken wild peak tires worn out at 20,000 miles, and the response from the guy behind the counter was nothing short of rude. I was told that due to one missed tire rotation in 20,000 miles there was nothing that could be done . my response was i guess i will y take my biss elsewere , jason then told that would be a good idea and have a nice day ---lol what a joke ! 12 months is how long those tires were on my truck--12 months ! be careful, no service after the sale--i personally will not spend money there again ! read more

The most expensive shop in town & most folks know it. I've been to both shops to get an full inspection & they ended up finding different issues paying $20 each time just to look at it. A part cost me $15 but labor was $150. Highway robbery! May be good mechanics but you might as well hand over your bank account. read more

Escaping hurricane Florence, while traveling we noticed a slow leak in one of our tires. Drive in and checked the car in and was met by a friendly staff. The got the car in and fixed in a very reasonable time. I would def have my car fixed here if I lived here. read more

i had an appointment 0900 hours with plaza tire (aka vanzants) paducah, ky, to get front struts and rear shocks. arrived @ 0850 hours, gave [issac] the keys, my car was not pulled in until 1145 hours? some 2 hours 45 minutes thereafter (terrible customer service). now @ 1400 hours [stanley] the quick change specialists came out to me elucidated to me that the bolt had to be cut off of the r rear shock absorber bushing mount. fine, i said ... however, [stanley] said that he couldn't find the part that plaza tire was to replace as part of the struts & shocks appointment? so that question could become ... or turn into ... why did plaza accept a job that they could not handle/finish\complete? so, @ this point i do not believe that stanley cannot find the shock absorber bushing which is just $11.00.....so i place calls to parts stores...however, i myself find the part @ 1411 hours i.e., part no: 56219ja00a, 56219-ja00a, 551579j400 ..... nissan dealership back in marion, il ...@ that point i proceed to show both [issac & stanley] that i found the shock absorber bushing part(s). but, then stanley being stanley (who's customer service skills are not professional nor courteous and attitude unbecoming), started yelling telling me that i need to "shut up" and listen ....because he was on the phone trying to get me a rental from enterprise rentals....but stanley never relayed to me @ anytime prior to or throughout the whole situation that he was trying to obtain a rental for me to return back home in illinois without even considering that had i been mobile that i could've picked the part up stl..and had my car fixed today? but yet i have no car ....now, issac relayed to me in no uncertain terms that: we got you .....we gonna take care of you .....you are gonna be okay ... in fact, issac specifically told me that stanley is on the phone with the owner's son of that specific location about getting me a rental to go home with so i could go to work ....because plaza couldn't put my car together until tuesday???? .....i then also relayed to issac that this specific part (i.e., 56219ja00a) is available in other places? then @ that point issac said to me .....i have two (2) cars and u i will loan mine ....to get home and to work ... then issac become indignant and bellicose and says that i was gonna give you my girlfriend/wife or whoever car? ......what if his wife/girlfriend was not okay with issac lending her car out? ....but to no avail ....i am home ...with no way to work? nor to the grocery store except through public expensive transportation ...which i should not have to pay.for.. i want to say that both issac & stanley are liars .......flat out no good unprofessional fake it till i make it service writers/quick change specialists?.i agree they are "quick change specialists" ...change their lies as they go along???!!!!!! so, i call to check on car again and stanley says that i cursed him ....which if i had said "fu_k you" "kiss my @#% ... of something along those lines ....i agree ....that would have been cursing him???? but to say that i am pissed off @ the way plaza handled the situation ...he hung up?!!!! who does that?. so unprofessional ....now keep in mind i called back ....stanley, said well, i tried to help you and here u are today getting upset and angry ....i said stanley, issac took upon himself.to "over promise" me a vehicle that i never got and that he was not gonna let me have anyway..then i said well how am i supposed to get home plaza tire entered a business agreement/contract ..which is a contract .....then issac told my girlfriend that plaza tire never intended to rent us a car to.go home with???? issac and stanley are flat out ass liars .....stanley does not know shit about a vehicle ...i took my vechile to plaza to.be fixed/repaired ...why did i find part number 56219-ja00a before stanley by almost 3-hours???? either he was being an asshole, he dont know his job?.its one or the other? or are the plaza tire employees racist????? read more
