The dreaded snow / ice combo storm that we received in late January 2026 prevented our regular snow removal company to make it to my site. I called Peter to see if he and his crew might be able to take care of the leaves I hadn't touched since they started falling 2 months ago. He had been to the property before so he knew the size of the lot and gave me a quote over the phone that was more than agreeable. He immediately gave me three date options for his team to be there and once we settled on the date, he confirmed the time he would be there a few days in advance and arrived right as scheduled. Top-notch A++ service! Peter came out to give me an estimate on having some trees removed; he was on time, very professional, polite, neat in appearance (ok, and handsome, but that's not why I hired them!). I had three contractors give me an estimate that day but went with Pleasant View because they had a great rate and I felt like they were going to be great to work with (and I was right). The work was completed the following weekend over two days (Fri and Mon). I couldn't believe how FAST these guys were! Peter kept me in the loop on the progress with phone calls, letting me know that if I didn't see the stump grinding performed on Monday to not wonder what was going on...it was raining heavily that weekend and they might not get the equipment back in my backyard for fear of tearing up the yard too much. Also worth mentioning, I had them leave most of the wood (stacked) to save on cost...as I looked out the window I saw that the worker had started to do the stacking at the back of the property, but I wanted it on the side...I walked outside and asked him to stack it against the fence to the side of the yard instead and he said yes ma'am with no hesitation or look of frustration. The yard was left completely clear of debris, and the wood was stacked very neatly. Finally, the most delightfully surprising part of my experience with this company came a few days after the work was all done...I received a HAND-WRITTEN, HAND-ADDRESSED note from Peter on his personal stationary in the mail thanking me for my business.
