I see a lot of people saying they do PT there. Does this place take insurance?

Richard, Yes we take insurance. If you could go to our website www.plexathlete.com and click on the sports medicine tab, it will allow you to register and put your insurance…

It felt so fancy inside, and on the first floor there was a smoothie bar with snacks and food that we got the açaí bliss protein smoothie from. I also really liked that in the women's locker room there's lotion and spray on deodorant and hair dryers, and it's super clean. The second floor is stacked with machines and treadmills and anything you could possibly need for a good workout. There's also an indoor basketball court and pickleball courts and an outdoor pool. Definitely play pickleball during work hours if you're off, because we went at 7 pm and it was packed because everyone had gotten off work. But, when we were there at 4:30-5 pm, it was pretty empty.

The kids club was a perfect setup. We had use of the party room for an hour. The kids were able to rock climb and play in the bounce house while we decorated. The last hour of the party was spent in the pool. We were able to use the family dressing room and then the pool. The water was nice and warm and the kids (and adults), had a blast. There was seating for the spectators that didn't get in. Life time provided the life vests and a lifeguard for the party. Each kid had to have a guardian in the water which was not a problem. The two young adults helping us made sure to take care of everything. They helped us set up, passed out pizza and cleaned up the decorations when we went to the pool. They had all the gifts and stuff packed up on a cart and helped us take it outside. Great place for a kids pool party.

The staff as a whole provide solid customer service , polite and overall helpful Facilities: clean and plenty of cleaning stations. Customers: I think this is important when shopping for a GYM the people who workout here aren't obnoxious, I've been enough times to see different patrons and they members come to workout and that's it. Which is nice as someone who has stayed away from the gym because of fear of judgement, this location doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. Cons : You may have to wait for a certain machine every once in a while but other than that good location. Limited pictures for respect of those working out. But they have plenty of options

The issue I have is not the facility itself. The issue is with aspects of the summer policy where…read morehigh school students (14 to 19 year olds) can work out free during the summer. The program is poorly managed, if they manage it at all. This program has made this gym a hang out for unsupervised teens. I'm not talking about inside the gym, i'm talking about outside the front doors and parking lot. My wife and I pulled into a spot near the front door. We sat there for about 30-45 minutes while our phones charged before going in. There were 10-15 teens hanging out outside the front door. Yelling obscenities and racial slurs at each other. There was also a strong majaurana smell in the air as well. Then these teens started running around the parking lot chasing each other. PF employees at the counter, inside, periodically looked outside, but never came out to do anything. We decided to leave rather than go in because we no longer felt safe there. I understand the "giving back" aspect of the program, but, PF has a responsobility to provide supervision if they are going to promote a program where minors can be on the premises without parents. Otherwise this program is a powder keg for violence.

By far, the best environment to work out in! Initially, I didn't think that this was really for me,…read moreas I typically enjoyed lifting at my old gym and/or doing my own thing by running, circuit training, etc. With so many people around me talking about it, I thought why not try? Sure enough, after one workout I was hooked. I haven't pushed myself like this since I was a teenager (and I'm 37 ). The people become your friends and family. There are people of all ages and fitness levels in each and every class. The environment is very supportive with everyone around you wanting each peer to succeed. The trainers, especially my fav, Jeff Criswell, are very motivating and help you to make yourself better. I'm a very competitive person, so the addition of the heart monitor has been an extra boost to get my butt in gear. I love to see my name at the top of the list and track my calories burned. You also get detailed reports emailed to you seconds after your workout is done. I highly recommend adding this to your workout! They have classes multiple times each day to work around your schedule. When I tell people I'm a 5am class regular, they assume I'm crazy. That's the only time I could get to work with my busy life of a job, family and kids ‍. To add to, I've never been a morning person. This is how much I love this class!!! I pretty much go 6 times a week. It sets the pace for my entire day and if I miss, I feel as if something is "off" all day. The price might be high, but I put it in perspective.... I have had a gym membership for pretty much most of my life. I get auto drafted every month, year after year. Even when I was using it, I never went 6 days a week AND even when I did go I never burned 620 calories in 45 min! Add up all that money wasted and put it towards something you'll actually use on a regular basis. I believe you can also do "per class" payments to add to your workout regimen if your just looking for a change up. There are over 50 different workouts, so it's always different. Last thing: convenience, convenience, convenience! It takes me 3 mins to get here. 45 min workout. 3 mins back. Less than 1 hour total and I have burned 600 calories before I have even really started my day!! That's insane to me. Even on weekends, I can sleep in a couple hours, hop outta bed before the fam is up and be back in record time (usually with donuts for the kids). I love health & fitness and love encouraging others to reach their goals of getting healthy. If you're wanting something that will truly make an impact to your life, try this out. #thisplaceisonpoint

I have a confession. I love F45. A little less than 2 years ago I walked in F45 and talked to David…read moreWilson about this new workout place. They were still working on it and he told me what it was about. Honestly I thought I was in good shape, this should be easy for me since I keep pretty active. I signed up and Oh boy, was I wrong. I could not keep up and it was hard. 250 workouts later and still loving it and see the change in my body. I did not change the food I ate, still consume alcohol and living the same lifestyle I was before F45. This was the best decision I made. Thank you Dave for opening F45 in Sienna.
