Rather than doing her job and being professional and making the correct phone call to verify checks being cashed, it was that rude approach to it. Unprofessional and she was not even the store branch manager. She needs retraining in the field of customer service and if she is not a people person she should seek a different profession. Perhaps back of a warehouse. Upon getting verification of the check being cashed we said thank you and she turned and walked off without so much as a you're welcome. Terrible service. Grown adults with no common courtesy.
