Celeste, I don't want to call you outside your name because that's rude, but you'd know all being rude. I came in for 3 Money orders today and asked her while she was counting if I could run to my car real quick to verify that they were 2 -$35 money orders... She rolled her eyes, stacked all the Money together and recounted everything and after she had finished counting it while shaking her head at me as if I had offended her, she said "what's your question" I repeated myself... "can I go verify that they are 2 - $35 money orders" With a straight face she said "your going to have to take your money with you" Which is completely understood but both my girlfriend and I noticed her attitude. When I had verified that it was the correct amount I made line again.... and the other young lady helped me out Jennifer which was nice and knows she is working in the customer service industry and even asked us nicely what the money orders were for. This questions must be protocol or something, but is no problem when asked the right way; as Jennifer did. And then Celeste has the audacity to be rude to the lady beside us, when drew the line. The lady besides me was about to get in an argument with her but decided that it wasn't worth it and started telling us who she didn't know had already delft with her. She expressed the same sentiment, and told her that we were already filing a complaint because she obviously can't count money and be interrupted with out rolling the hell out her eyes, and having annoying attitude! And if she gave me a fake name, it was the two ladies working Sunday Morning from 9 am - 10 am The one with the red jacket was rude and we are the couple that came in at around 9:30... if you want to look at the cameras how my girlfriend and I looked at each other when she gave us an attitude. I called everywhere to cash a money order and no one would cash it. I called PLS on Broad and Wilson and they were so nice and said they would cash it. It was very quick and easy to do with a very small fee. Erica was so pleasant and nice. I would definitely recommend them. Do not go to the one on Mound St. I went there first and the lady there was nasty and said I needed the receipt that came with the money order and the receipt of purchase. How does anyone have that when the money order is sent to them!? So if you need there services go to the one on Broad and Wilson. All the ladies there are very nice and friendly. read more

Lyssa was amazing she helped threw a difficult Time and she got me in and out quickly. Not only did she verify my check within minutes she cashed my check gave me cash and after that process was done I told her that I had lost my card this week. she said " oh no problem I can print you out another one right now within minutes let me get your information and I'll take care of it for you". she was amazing and I'm always going there! These folks were terrific to work with. very patient and got my out of state check cashed. Newer loan company had some problems on their end verifying their own check. PLS patiently worked with them and got the check approved and cashed for me. Couple of gals, aria and Mary deserve hugs and kisses. Very patient and sweet about the process. Today I had to open a new account because I never received the prepaid card in the mail. I was informed that I could open a new one and my new card could be printed at the store. The transaction was super easy, Sara at the Beltline location in Irving, Tx helped me and the service was awesome and she was very efficient! This will be my primary location for sure! PLS at Washington and Franklin Road is absolutely ridiculous I don't know why I keep going back there every time I go there in the walking out and leaving they just are so slow I don't think anybody there knows what the hell they're doing they don't care if you walk out they are super slow sometimes I think it's on purpose. I had a great experience with David. He cashed a personal check for me when I was turned away at speedy Cash a half hour earlier because they said it was for too much money. Like really?
