He diagnosed the issue, determined our 17-year old Gibson had seen its last day, gave us options on new units and had one ordered all in one appointment. Less than 24 hours later, service techs Jermain and Rowen along with their manager Todd, spent the next several hours installing those units both inside and outside in addition to upgrading our duct, adding copper lines and replaced our thermostat. While all of that is awesome, it's their responsiveness, punctuality, reliability and professionalism that sets them apart from the rest. I appreciated that; however, I received no call back as to if they could make the changes and each time I called, it was "someone will call you back". Then I was invoiced for the repair that was estimated and never performed. After I called, was told they would look into it and delete the invoice. The next month I was invoiced again (2nd time) for work that was not done. I called again, they finally took care of it, but I still needed the work done. I requested an answer to my original question and now since it had been past 30 days, they would have to do another estimate. I live in Atlanta, so it is not as if I can just run down there. I scheduled another appointment, that did not happen. Was called the next day and said the code did not work. I asked why wasn't I contacted when the tech was at the unit? The office lady (who was very polite by the way) did not have an answer. I cancelled all further actions and will look for another electrician I can trust.
