I returned home from a short trip to a client call within my neighborhood to find a red van parked in my driveway and a man--who identified himself as being from Jimmy Lumley Plumbing--already inside my home, in my kitchen where I couldn't see him as he was behind the partition. I had received no notice, confirmation, or prior communication from Servpro or anyone else involved in the project indicating that a plumber was scheduled to arrive today. Let me be clear: He did knock on the door, but he did not ring the doorbell, which would have triggered my security system notification. When no one answered, he proceeded to let himself into my home without consent. My 19-year-old daughter was home and asleep in her bedroom, unaware that a stranger had entered the house. When I questioned him, he stated: "This is my fourth house today--I don't even remember," and admitted he didn't see a doorbell, even though he previously claimed he knocked AND rang the bell. When I called ServPro, they confirmed they were also not informed of his scheduled visit. This is an unacceptable breach of safety, privacy, and protocol. No individual should be entering a home without explicit permission, especially when no notice has been given to the homeowner or the rebuild team coordinating the project. The fact that someone was already inside my home when I returned--with no explanation--was both alarming and distressing.

Jacob and Jacob sent a text that they were on their way day of install and on time. They were very polite and very considerate of property and execution of removal and install. Jacob inside, answers a barrage of questions from me and was very in depth with his responses. His above and beyond of detail and care of installation was very critical and obvious that he truly cared about what he was doing. It was an artist and perfectionist at work! Jacob outside was apparently just as detail oriented, and although working in the heat and cumbersome job at hand was also very polite and respectful. He also did a great job! I cannot tell you how impressed I am. We had a system installed in 2008 No comparison, hands down Hughs company and employees are a rare commodity in this day in time. I implore you to use this company as you will not be sorry. I'm sitting in comfort and pure happiness at the result of these very caring people, from owner on down. Thank you Hugh, Jacob and Jacob and Kyle! You truly care about what you do!!! Also paid 3k less than other estimates. Money matters of course, but people that perform above and beyond to get the job done is paramount! Thank you so much!!!

I called a few plumbers that told us they couldn't repair our Rinnai heater, only replace it. I tried one more call to Protech and Chris was able to save the day! Not only did he clean and repair my unit, he had the part needed on his truck. He's my plumber for life. We've got the other homes scheduled for yearly cleanings and check-ups, so this doesn't happen again. Thanks Chris!
