These people live up to their name. Plumb Crazy. There clog cleaning has a lot to be desired. I usually have my lines cleaned twice a year. Old house lots of roots. My best experience is to clean the line every 6 months and never had issue till I used these clowns. No warranty so I will just pay someone else work lasts days and I have the same problem again. I was watching the news one night, when the governor of Okla. Governor Stitt, made the comment that Okla. was behind the national average when it comes to qualified plumbers. Now I know what he means. I hired the outfit called Plumb Crazy Plumbing on Britton rd. BIG MISTAKE. UNPROFESSIONAL. Never introduced themselves , never showed me a licence OVERPRICED. charged over $900. for about 3 hours work. Never gave a quote nor a price list. DISHONEST. Would not us the correct parts I purchased for job. Instead he modified used parts then charged for new parts. I probably was paying for a licened plumber & got a helper, his skill level was low. So these guys came out, Kevin and Sam, to fix my two outside hose bibs that were leaking at the handle. Kevin said that sometimes it's as simple as tightening the nut on the outside. He put a channel lock on the first one on it solved the leak immediately. He did the second one with the same result, looked at me and said 'no charge'. They also took me outside to find my main water shutoff so I know where it is in case of an emergency. I knew right then that I'd found a company with integrity and kindness. These guys weren't trying to fleece me or nickel and dime me but instead, educated me. Based on this, I asked them about another problem I was having and they knew exactly how to fix it. They explained the scope of the work involved, showed me the cost of the fix, and then sent me an estimate for the work before they even left my driveway. Burden lifted, anxiety lowered lol. Absolutely the Best. They have done 3 separate jobs for me in the last 2 years. Originally hooked up gas in 2 new fireplaces. Then last week they ran a gas line thru my attic to hook up a new gas stove top. It was a 3 hour job in which Mark and his assistant were absolutely the best. They were professional, respectful and caring. Im not big on leaving reviews but I was impressed. They were very respectful of my home and the way they worked in and around my kitchen. In the entire 3 hours Mark answered all my questions and concerns. They cleaned up the entire site and showed me pictures of what was done in the attic. I even called the following day with questions and Mark personally called me back. Plum Crazy is absolutely a call I would make for any Plumbing needs. Update and response to owner comment- No other options were given. No invoice was created. All the 'licensed plumber' did was remove the vacuum breaker and tell my husband he had to check with his boss... several times. Unfortunately he was obviously not experienced enough to be on a call by himself. He never offered any options other than completely replacing the spigot. Locke Supply is 5 min from our home so your response is pathetic at best. Inferring that the customer has taken advantage of your service call is ludicrous. Your employee provided no service at all and all you want to do is find fault with the customer. I have no clue why you think ripping people off is good business practice but you should have someone else write your responses. I will call your office tomorrow so you can look up the service call. Got an immediate appointment, that was great. They parked in my driveway so when I got home I wasn't able to pull in my driveway. The young man removed an old self draining vacuum breaker that we had on our spigot in the back yard. We pulled everything out of the way in case he needed to get under the house. After his 'evaluation' he determined it would be either $300+ or IF he needed to go under the house it would be $500+. That was way to expensive for us so we decided to wait on 'repairs'. He left the old vacuum breaker on the ground so we went to Locke Supply and bought one for less than $30. That was all that it needed. Not sure how that became such an expensive solution in his eyes. This one was a multi-appliance backup on one branch of our plumbing line. When it's one appliance, I'll just snake it myself, but when it becomes a puzzle to solve, I call the experts in. When I called Plumb Crazy, they were able to reserve a scheduled spot for the following day, but then ended up being able to squeeze me in on the day I called. They were here for about 30 minutes, solved the problem, charged me a very reasonable price compared to what I thought it was going to end up being, and then they were gone. I had Plumb Crazy replace my toilet fill valve and flapper August 1st of last year. My toilet started having the same problem again. I called this business and they said my parts warranty was only 30 days. I had another company do a service call and of course they had to replace the fill valve. Had a clog somewhere that caused water draining from the washing machine come out from the drain pipe by the water heater. Plumb Crazy (Kevin) was able to get out to the house by the afternoon to fix it at a fair price. There was no attempt to sell other services or any products. He also noticed that a water heater connector was completely off and that it was likely releasing carbon monoxide in the garage for quite some time. He reconnected it. The company also sends a text with the full name and picture of the technician coming to your home. This is extremely helpful, especially for people who are more vulnerable. Thanks! read more

Let me set the scene: we were supposed to fly to LA early Saturday morning, so we took the kids to my sister-in-law's and got them all settled. We came home, walked in, and heard what sounded like a river running under our house. Turns out, we had a slab leak. I spent my evening on the phone moving our flights, cancelling hotel rooms and dinner reservations. After a bad experience with another plumber, we called Plumb Crazy. John Burdin showed up at 10A on a Saturday, looked around, and told us to go on our trip. On Tuesday, his leak detection guy came out (by not doing that on Saturday we saved a couple hundred dollars and I appreciated John for encouraging us to wait). It was fixed on Wednesday. They had the code to our garage and our alarm the entire time we were gone, and took great care of everything. This meant we were able to keep 6 out of our 7 vacation days, and we came back to a house with water! The other thing I really appreciated: this leak was under a huge hutch that was absolutely FULL of dishes, wine glasses, a bar, etc. Since we were out of town by then, they carefully unloaded all the dishes, moved the entire piece for us, covered everything in plastic. I feel like that was above and beyond. I'm also thankful to say our Allstate Insurance covered it! read more

I totally got scammed by these guys. I had a water spout installed on my house 2 years ago. Well it didn't last and cracked after 2 years. So we called them again to have it repaired / replaced again. The technician came out and said the the water spout was installed upside down and it voided any type of warranty. I asked him then why was it installed like that 2 years ago. His response was, it was probably like that originally, so it was installed the same way. It was never mention, EVER, that it needed installing upside down nor was it mentioned that this would automatically make it voided. Just another sleezy plumbing company. After battling with my home builder for months, I gave up on fixing our non-draining bathtub through our home warranty. It was so nice after dealing with so much nonsense to have a straightforward fix with fantastic customer service. FYI they drive out to Yukon. My job is pretty intense, so it is hard to take off work. I had to reschedule my appointment, and they were very accommodating. I was worried that it was going to cost thousands to fix, but he was able to fix it with a snake for only $129. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. No complaints. read more

I called with a hot water tank leaking. Plumb Crazy sent a technician to my home to give me an estimate. $2500. dollars to replace the tank. I was shocked and asked why a 40 gallon tank cost so much ($1800. 00) the technician said that hot water tanks had doubled in price. Other items such as a new pan, haul off old tank, cpvc connection to pan and more were marked up incredibly. I checked prices at Home Depot and Locke. A 40 gallon Bradford White gas heater cost me $593.00. and that included taxes and free delivery. the pan was $13.00. 3 times the price quoted by the technician. Unbelievable! The best! Had a valve under the bathroom sink burst and flooded 2 rooms in my house, a total disaster. Turned off the water outside and called Plumb Crazy Plumbers to see if they could come out and fix or cap off the valve. We are beyond thrilled with the service we have received from Plumb Crazy. They are honest, professional, and knowledgeable. They treat their customers very well, and I am grateful for how they have handled a situation that could have been very frustrating and expensive had we used a different plumber. Tim was our plumber, and he did an excellent job. We will be calling Plumb Crazy and requesting Tim any time we need a plumber in the future. What happened specifically to us is that last year we were doing home renovations and we decided to replace our water heater that was on its last leg. We also needed the piping to be replaced. We got a quote from a few plumbers, and plumb crazy was the most reasonably priced. They also were clearly more knowledgeable than the others who gave quotes. Plumb Crazy installed the water heater, and everything was fine. A little over one year after the initial installation, the pilot light on the water heater went out and would not relight. We called Plumb Crazy, and Tim came right out and got the pilot light back on. At that point, Tim thought it was probably just a fluke that the pilot light went off since the water heater was so relatively new. But he said if it happens again, he will be right back out to re-assess. No charge. It worked for about a month, but then it happened again. Plumb Crazy came right back out and they worked with the manufacturer to get the part they needed. They got the water heater back up and running. No charge, not even for the time it took to come out and do the repair. This time, the fix did not last long, and we had to call Plumb Crazy again to come out to fix it. This happened I believe four times total. Each time, Plumb Crazy tried working with the manufacturer to get them to replace the water heater because it was obviously not a good one. Each time, Plumb Crazy also never left us without hot water. They always made it so that we could use the water heater even though it was not working properly. We would just need to relight the pilot, but they showed us how to do that so we would never be without hot water. Finally, when the manufacturer was being so unreasonable and kept demanding that we replace different parts before they would honor their warranty and provide a new water heater, Plumb Crazy told us that they would replace our water heater with a different, more reliable brand of water heater, and they would eat the cost of the replacement. They replaced the water heater that day. No charge. I am so grateful that they did that. They truly went above and beyond. They definitely know customer service, and they have a very loyal customer right here. read more

Replace the self draining vacuum breaker (29.00 piece) for 325.00 (5 minute job at best) or replace the spigot which entailed to crawl under the house (67.00 piece) for 550.00 (35-45 minute job at best). When purchasing a new home, my inspector recommended I have a plumber inspect for possible leaks. The water meter was indicating usage while everything should have been inactive. My whole interaction with Plumb Crazy was great. From first contact to schedule an appointment to the inspection at the home, they were pleasant, prompt and even provided the inspection free of charge. There were no major issues that needed to be repaired, so this review is purely based on the interaction for scheduling and the inspection. I called Plumb Crazy because I was told they're fantastic. So I called Saturday to make an appointment for this coming Wednesday. That's pretty quick given the time of year, so far so good. I told my neighbor who had used them recently on her house and her parents. She told me less than positive things regarding work quality and pricing. I found another company and called today to cancel the appointment so they could fill it with another sucker, oops, I mean customer. I spoke with Julie when I made the appointment two days ago. I spoke to Ashley today who told me that she didn't even show an appointment for my address and asked me if I was sure I had the right company. I told her I made the appointment with Julie. She confirmed that Julie works there and then said it looks like the appointment was already cancelled. I asked her how that was possible to go from not being on the schedule to already cancelled in a matter of moments, and she responded by telling me she didn't know but it was cancelled. What if I had really been counting on them to show up and help me? Maybe they should change their name to Plumb Dumb. That seems more fitting from my experience. read more

We had a toilet not flushing properly. They showed up on time, provided good explanation of problem and estimate. That part was all fine. But they scratched the heck out of my toilet bowl with no warning. When we called to complain, he said that always happens. We've never had it happen before. Also, they asked for a towel to get up the wet, but when I went in there after they left, it was a dirty mess. Again no warning. Also, they didn't ask where I might want them to put this dirty wet towel and rug, they just threw them in my clean bath tub. If they had asked what to do with them, I'd have taken the wet things to my laundry room. Long story short, the toilet flushes, but what a mess they left. The tech that came out was SO nice and very respectful to my elderly mother who's house it was. He used a camera to check the problem and cleared "build up" for $104. Our plumbing needed to be snaked called them to come out. They told us it would be $175. Then when he got to the house he couldn't find a back flow valve to snake. I asked him why he couldn't go through the vent on the roof. He told me that the equipment was too heavy and that I would need to go a different way through the main sewer. The equipment and cost would then cost me about $1700, instead of the $175. - I would also liKe to mention that it was just me (female) and my young son here. I told him I'm no longer interested in his business and that I would call someone else. Which I did. The new business came out got on the roof and a snaked through the vent like I requested before. I WANT to use local companies and chose Plumb Crazy because it was highly rated. However, my experience wasn't positive. My project was 3 phases. I needed my kitchen faucet replaced immediately and this was completed perfectly...$275. I walked him through my Phase 2 & 3 before he left. We texted about phase 3, a complete remodel. He was back installing a 24" vanity/ faucet, shower faucet/ mixing valve/ head and replacing a toilet valve. The shower head was supposed to be raised, but wasn't even though my copper piping was replaced with "shark bites" and flex piping? Why replace copper with a glorified water hose? The connection inside the wall leaked, the showerhead/ stem connection was spraying on my wall/ ceiling. Plus, the water only ran cold...no trip back that day. My husband's response, "Quality Control?" Jody changed the mixing valve setting the next day. (We didn't realize the additional leaks because we couldn't use the shower then, as we'd already began demo of the other bathroom) I also realized that many extra feet of supply line sat piled inside my vanity, limiting my storage (I replaced a pedistal, for SOME storage). However, he didn't replace the toilet supply line attached to the 30 year old valve he replaced? My invoice says it was... Again, Quality Control? I realized that we were FAR worse than before we'd met Plumb Crazy,, it took 10 days to have someone sent to fix it. It was tomorrow, the next day, work truck broke down... Yes, stuff happens, but I was angry that I had spent another $675 on work that I've since paid to be REPLACED! Plumb Crazy did far less work for equal money than the new Contractor we hired to install a complete bathroom AND correct the previous mistakes. The new Contractor felt so bad about us already paying to replace faulty work by PC, that they are coming back to replace the vanity supply lines, install the missing toilet supply supply line and a new toilet! I admit that I'm either a wonderful or difficult customer. I'm a woman with an education in Engineering and career in Construction Management. I ask questions and try to ensure I get what I pay for. I also handed my new Contractor a complete material list...every supply and connection was listed as copper because I don't want subpar materials in my home. read more
