He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with all my many questions. He even said he felt it was part of his job to educate his customers, so he didn't mind my following him around. His pricing was more than reasonable. We hired him to come back the next day for an additional problem we had not noticed originally. And we asked him for a quote for a future project when we have more time and money. I have had issues with water links with my Kitchen sink. I have called several different plumbers fix the problem and the link remained after several fixes end explanations. Kevin Craddock has been a dependable plumber for so many years. In 2017 he replaced a faucet and did a great job. In 2018 he replaced a bathroom toilet in another property, and as usual, he did a great job. He's thorough and efficient and quick to reply to your calls and text. Fast forward in 2019 in another property he installed a water heater. Despite being an emergency, he didn't charge extra. I had an emergency clog in the kitchen sink the day before Thanksgiving!!! I had a huge group of people coming over for dinner the next day.
