Their plumbing work was excellent, the price seemed OK, and we did receive a substantial warranty payment for the old water heater after a couple weeks. Our one minor issue was that the bill did not list the water heater separately from the other parts and labor. Would have much preferred to see a partially-itemized bill instead of just one overall price. But we are quite satisfied with the work they did and, although we did not have an opportunity to compare estimates due to the urgent nature of the job, we believe the final price was fair. The new water systems very cleanly installed in basement utility room and out-of-the way; it is early yet, but the water coming out of the taps seems clearer and more refreshing. As for an estimate for the original set of jobs, other plumbers had me send pictures of the areas to be serviced, provided a general range for pricing and stated that the final price would be determined when working on the job. He replaced my drain and a week later I noticed water dripping from my daughter's bathroom ceiling which is below the kitchen. I also had a huge leak bursting out of my pipes when we put anything down the drain! This leak in the bathroom was dripping out of the ceiling and bubbling up on my newly painted bathroom.
