Even worse, they wanted the $25k upfront with a 4-day wait for installation while my family sat in the heat! When I complained on a 'recorded line,' the supervisor just gave me a 'wow membership' credit instead of resolving my issue, promised to escalate it to her boss, and then vanished. While an estimate was provided, when we asked standard clarification questions about fixture appearance and scope prior to installation--important since the work was for an elderly parent--the company declined to provide additional details or photos and stated they could not answer the questions. Clear communication and transparency are important to us when work is being done in a family member's home. Repeated misspelling of my name in correspondence also raised concerns about attention to detail. Due to these issues, we chose not to proceed. They even refused to give any kind of refund even though they didn't resolve the problem. Will never use them again! Prices are through the roof and they will not work with you to resolve a problem.
