At that time, I dealt with the owner Steve. A couple of months ago, we had a leaky pipe in our basement and again...swift and reasonably priced repair. This past week, I was home when repairman Charlie, came to fix an issue. Charlie is probably the most polite, soft spoken and respectful person to come to fix something in our home. He told me how he started at the company 5 years ago and received all his training from the two owners that he views more as "uncles" than as bosses. Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work.
