That was totally understandable. When plumber arrived onsite he stated that since I have hard water the labor would not be warrantied. He only offered a discount on the replacement part. Why offer a warranty at all if it will NOT be honored? Wasted time during workday to meet with techs today ... I have made appt with another plumbing company to complete the repair. In response to Selene, there was no miscommunication. You informed me that the LABOR on replacing this part WOULD BE COVERED, not the part. This is why I set the appointment with you in the first place. I was going to pay for the replacement part with the understanding that the LABOR would be covered. Your plumber refused to honor the labor warranty. Why?
