Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. They are great to work with and I trust them to complete the job and at a fair price. They charged me $1,128.94 and said they would need to come back 01/17/24 and tried again to find the leak but couldn't. They charged me $2,257.87 and rushed out of my house without a game plan or finding the leak. They said they would be in touch with a plan and follow up on the next step. They never returned or tried to contact me, they left my walls cut open and the leak was still not found. I tried another plumber that who came in and told me that I should rerun all the pipes in my house and I told them that its was ridicules to subjects that. A family member referred me to Mr Rooter and from the first visit their manager and master plumber came and spent a few hours with one of his workers. They came up with a plan to conduct a few test to find the leak. On 02/26/24 two of their plumbers Daniel Perkins and Roger returned and after a few test they found the leak, repaired it and charged me less than Road Runner charged for not finding the leak. Daniel and Roger were very professional, neat and left my house clean and my water working as it should. Thank you Mr Rooter for a great experience.

Then we get a notification from SAWS that our back flow regulator inspection is past due. Attempted to contact the company, and now no one is responding. It might be a SAWS paperwork snafu, but the company should at least respond to say they submitted the correct paperwork to SAWS in June. I emailed SAWS as well, but government entities don't care about customer satisfaction.

He inspected the wiring to the disposal and removed it. Showed me the issue and said the charge was 241.00 which did not include a replacement. Do I pay that and then go buy a disposal and hire someone else to install it or just have them complete the job. I had a 1/3 HP and he did not have it on the truck. Had to go get one. He brought back a 1/4 HP and told me the bigger one would cost approximately 300 more. It came out to over 600.00 when it was all said and done. I use to have a home appliance warranty policy for years and there was an issue every time I used them which was seldom so I cancelled them. Goes to say I don't have a lot of experience hiring for these issues but obviously they have figured out how to make money by limiting your options. All I can say is beware of these companies and the way they handle their service charges. I will not recommend this company to anyone unless they have extra money to throw away.
