The only negative I have is that there is not a SIXTH star! I have used Plumbtastic several times, enough times to know their prices and service are not a fluke! I am old school and very picky about both. "Jeff" has the most visits and is awesome, with a great personality. We've used this plumber twice in the past year and I have to say that I appreciate them very much. They are very honest and fixed my problem very quickly. Since the last time they came out, we haven't had an issue with our main line and they just came out for a bathtub clog. They unclogged it in no time and were very nice and honest about the work. I had an outdoors leak thinking it was the sprinklers but ended up being the main service line. Not wanting to get suckered again into high costs and fees (DO JOT GO WITH RESCUE ROOTER) I called my mortgage guy who highly recommended Plumbastic. Our water main developed a bad leak over a weekend and Chris scheduled us for a service call first thing Monday. Justin and Gabe showed up first thing and were very good diagnosing the source of the leak. We have an older house with more than one line coming from the main shut-off so they had to figure out where the leak was actually coming form and what line serviced the house. After consulting with me about an initial solution to the problem, they soon found that the underground lines were plumbed differently than expected so we had to shift plans. But they dialed it in pretty quickly and we had water back by early afternoon. I give them 5 stars for promptness, communication, politeness and expertise. read more

Our washing machine was draining into our kitchen sink and with a baby and a toddler I CAN NOT afford to be without either of those. Plumbtastic was able to come same day and at the time I needed, Justin was incredibly friendly and thorough and I think I was charged a fair price (tbh, I have no idea what the going rate is though!). Awesome service!!! I had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and called three other places from the phonebook that werent open. I found Plumbtastic on line, called them and they answered right away. I advised I needed immediate assistance and was told someone would be over at some point during the morning. Justin and Cliff arrived within the hour! We noticed a section in our front lawn was all muddy and slushy. We figured we had a leak underground but wasn't sure if it was the sprinklers or main water leak. We called Plumbtastic early in the morning and they arrived under 2 hours. They investigated and verified it was a leak in the main line. They worked on it quickly and also noticed that our water pressure was vert high, which I knew something like that was a problem already before the leak. They suggestion fixing but wouldn't probably return for a few days out but... called us back a few hours later to say they were on their way to fix the water pressure. They were very nice and professional AND quick to fix the problems. I was worried with the holiday weekend we may have to wait until next week. Thank you Plumbtastic and thank your team. Awesome service... I needed an emergency plumber at 9pm on a Wednesday night. Plumber was at my house within 30 minutes of my call (locally) and wasted no time finding the problem. Very reasonable prices, even for an after-hours call. Only charged $256 total for after-hours and service of flushing the main line of my house. Was done within an hour of starting. I had been using another plumbing company for my plumbing needs and found that they were always trying to upsale me to the point of being ridiculous. This last time, I was quoted 1500.00 to do a job (Any Drain) and I refused their service. I called these guys. They were courteous, friendly, HONEST and fair. I have one bathroom and the hotwater in my shoer only n washer just stopped. We called plumbtastic n i was shocked when he came n acted like he wadnt intetested in the job. Old house so pipe was plugged. He left after looking at water heater n washer but did not assist with shower. I was furious. I had to have their work redone! I don't review business' very often but feel like I have to on this one. They were quick to set up an appointment and came promptly, then things fell apart. I needed a simple knob put on a water line that had broken off. They did the work but not without insisting MULTIPLE times that I purchase a yearly plan that would give me a discount. He also insisted that I have more work done (change a pressure valve, etc). When I had the dishwasher installed a few days later, the installer had to redo the work as the knob was put on incorrectly and was leaking...Very frustrating!! read more

Plumbtastic saved us on a Sunday when our only toilet was clogged. They were on time, very polite, and worked until the problem was solved. Our old vintage toilet had to be taken apart, and they were very careful not to damage it. The job was time consuming, but they worked diligently even though it was a Sunday. They didn't charge us an outrageous amount for weekend service. The price was fair and lower than we expected. They also cleaned up the mess. We will definitely use Plumbtastic again. I've worked with so many different types of vendors from electricians to handymen. My family owns a general construction company so I'm very familiar with pricing. It's been tough getting good pricing and having an honest contractor tell me truthfully exactly what's wrong with the item even though I generally know the exact problem. Plumbtastic has been great. I call them out for a job and they don't give me 20 other things that are "wrong" with the water heater so they can charge extra. Great honest guys who really went out of their way for my tenant's. They have good friendly service but if a mistake is made by them on the job they will charge you for their mistake. A fairly routine pipe replacement leading to a broken pipe fitting and now a major wall removal just to make a temporary fix and they charged for their mistake. They do not own up to problems they created but attribute it to the job. read more

what a joke these guys are. came over to give me an estimate on a leaky pipe in my attic, never even went in the attic and checked out the leak and gave me an estimate of 500.00 to 700.00 dallors. either these guys have xray vison and can see thru walls, or they are a rip off. i think a rip off. all i can say is WOW ! read more
