Instead of resolving the issue, I keep getting sent back and forth. If LaserAway claims I received the new treatment they are charging me for, then I want documentation showing exactly what service was performed and when. I should not have to pay for a treatment I did not receive. I have been trying to resolve this directly, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution and communication. I will continue disputing these charges and pursuing the appropriate consumer complaint options until I receive clear documentation and this matter is properly addressed.
