I am leaving another review because my issue with LaserAway is still not resolved. The treatment I received that day was a treatment I had already agreed to and went in for. During that visit, they were trying to sell me a different type of laser treatment/package. I did not receive or use that new treatment, yet I am still being charged for services that I am disputing. I have repeatedly asked LaserAway to provide a clear, itemized breakdown showing exactly what treatment they claim I received, the date it was performed, and why I am being charged for it. Instead of resolving the issue, I keep getting sent back and forth. If LaserAway claims I received the new treatment they are charging me for, then I want documentation showing exactly what service was performed and when. I should not have to pay for a treatment I did not receive. I have been trying to resolve this directly, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution and communication. I will continue disputing these charges and pursuing the appropriate consumer complaint options until I receive clear documentation and this matter is properly addressed. read more

I did not want big lips my lips are fine the way they are. She was so professional and made me feel very comfortable and was so gentle . She let me know right from the start what I would be feeling. Very disappointing experience. Please carefully verify what product you are purchasing before treatment. I specifically requested Botox and believed that was what I was purchasing. I was never told that my package was actually for Xeomin or that Xeomin would be administered instead. I only discovered this after reviewing my receipt, which stated "Xeomin 300 Unit Bank." When I contacted the representative, she acknowledged that she knew I had requested Botox but said she gave me Xeomin because I had received Xeomin previously. I requested cancellation because I no longer felt comfortable continuing with the package. Since then, I have made multiple calls and have repeatedly been promised a callback, but no one has followed up or resolved the issue. My advice: before paying or receiving treatment, ask to see the exact product name on your paperwork and confirm that it is the product you requested. I hope LaserAway resolves this appropriately, but based on my experience, I would be very cautious about relying on verbal representations and would verify everything in writing before treatment. read more

I wish I could say I've had a good experience with LaserAway, but the truth is it's been one frustration after another. The only reason I'm still coming here is because I prepaid for years of treatment, otherwise, I'd be long gone. I still have about 4-5 sessions left, and once those are done, I will never return. Been going here for 3 years now, maybe 4 all paid upfront. To be fair, I did have one regional manager reach out in the past to try to make things right, and for a short while, I thought maybe things would improve. But today just reminded me why I've been so unhappy with this place. This past week, I received two phone calls and a text message reminding me of my appointment and stressing the importance of being on time. I showed up 10 minutes early, and the office was empty, no other patients around. Despite that, I was still made to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Meanwhile, I could hear both receptionists in the back, laughing and chatting, completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting. It feels like once they've locked in your money, the professionalism ends. The emphasis is on selling, not on service or patient experience. The staff doesn't carry themselves with professionalism, and I no longer feel valued as a client. If you're considering signing up, I'd strongly advise against it.
