This was my first time for Botox . I was scheduled for Juvaderm but when nurse Rowen heard me tell her that I was getting it for my smoker lines she said that Botox would be better and I told her that I had already paid for it and I was told I would be receiving a refund for the Juvaderm. I did not want big lips my lips are fine the way they are. She was so professional and made me feel very comfortable and was so gentle . She let me know right from the start what I would be feeling. I wish I could say I've had a good experience with LaserAway, but the truth is it's been one frustration after another. The only reason I'm still coming here is because I prepaid for years of treatment, otherwise, I'd be long gone. I still have about 4-5 sessions left, and once those are done, I will never return. Been going here for 3 years now, maybe 4 all paid upfront. To be fair, I did have one regional manager reach out in the past to try to make things right, and for a short while, I thought maybe things would improve. But today just reminded me why I've been so unhappy with this place. This past week, I received two phone calls and a text message reminding me of my appointment and stressing the importance of being on time. I showed up 10 minutes early, and the office was empty, no other patients around. Despite that, I was still made to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Meanwhile, I could hear both receptionists in the back, laughing and chatting, completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting. It feels like once they've locked in your money, the professionalism ends. The emphasis is on selling, not on service or patient experience. The staff doesn't carry themselves with professionalism, and I no longer feel valued as a client. If you're considering signing up, I'd strongly advise against it. Save your money and your patience, there are plenty of other options out there that will actually care about your time and your experience. read more

She was nice and it being my first treatment it was fairly simple & quick though I wasn't sure what to expect & took it for what it was. My 2nd session was with Nurse Vanessa & she was wonderful ! She is from the Pasadena location but I was fortunate enough to get her here at Cerritos. She walked & talked me through the whole treatment and was transparent and much more informative compared to my first session. Also felt like she took her time and didn't rush. They lie to me about my services to my face!! They say that the record shows that I had gotten the same pulses on every session. When I ask to see the records the manager told me she couldn't give them to me. When i asked if I could have the corporate office phone number she said she didn't have it. This is the same girl that aggressively push me to buy facials on my first visit. She acted like if she was just a regular employee not the manager. They also mess up my credit by running my credit multiple time with out telling me. I believe there's a lawsuit for Lazer away because of the same reason. I found the corporate office phone number through goggle. They is so many people complaining about the same issue. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. My husband bought me a gift certificate for a hydrafacial for Christmas, when I finally had the time to use it I called to book an appointment and OMG!!!! As soon as they found out I had a "gift certificate" I had to jump thru hoops to book an appointment! They kept transferring me to different people and acting like I had the plague! When I finally spoke to someone I was so frustrated with this whole process! I just hung up! I was literally on the phone for a while! I checked out all the reviews on yelp and they got some really good reviews so I went down to this location and got a photo Facial from senline. She was very nice took her time. Then I called to ask for pricing, I was greeted with "do u want to know about our certifications?, and whenever interested in our consultations u may contact us for an appointment". I called to cancel my appointment day of which in my opinion shouldn't have been a problem because I received a message from them yesterday stating I didn't confirm my appointment. No one ever stated before that it would be 50 dollars for same day cancellations. That is honestly insane when I'm spend 2k+. This is just wrong wanting to take more money from someone. I'm going to reach out and try to get the rest of my appointment canceled and see if I can get this taken off my credit. You guys need to state that if an appointment if missed or canceled day of that you will be charging them. I tried to reschedule for tomorrow but don't have 50 dollars at this time to pay the fee for canceling today. Mind you I just paid money towards this service 2 days ago.
