I called the Spa on a Saturday afternoon. Most spas close early. I called ahead and they told us to come in so we could talk to a doctor. I felt good and relieved that they took the time to assess and they took a health history. The doctor asked pertinent health questions and determined the best infusion for her. This is a fraudulent facility, I was charged for 4 NAD + 1000mg treatments, which all alone I was given the NAD+ 500mg treatments. Tony would go to the bk of the room n prepared the NAD+treatment. I saw him pull out the NAD+ of 500mg to prepared the iv. On the last treatment I noticed the prices on the price's chart n realized I was being charged the wrong price whn I brought up to Tony's attention, right of way got offended, he advice me to not return to the facility if I don't like their practices. Very rude n unprofessional. Also, extra charges were added on the 2nd treatment, which he did not mentioned at the beginning as well No Refunds policy which there is no notices or notifications on the website nor in the facility posted or mentioned. I found another facility where they charge a fraction of the price,l I paid showed me the medication that was going to be administered n explained the process. Very friendly n professional facility completely different than HydraBeach facility. I understand you must defend yourself. However, by continuing to lie, you won't get anywhere. I spent over $5000 dollars at your facility falsely thinking this was an honest place of business. Until I realized your scam. On the Video it should show clearly when u brought out to the front office the NAD 1000mg bottle to show me and said ur protocol n recommendation was to administered 500mg for each treatment, which you devoted that 1000mg into 2 treatments. I paid and was charged for each treatment of NAD+ 1000 mg to be administered. You had the opportunity to show me these so-called videos while I was there in person when I brought the issue to your attention. You stated that u can show us the videos but right of way changed your mind and stated "It was going to take too long" asking me again if I didn't trust you. Instead, you got angry defensive and rude at me. You proceeded to tell me that you did not care what I thought or believed, and since I was not satisfied with your practices, not to return if I needed further treatment but to seek a different clinic. Now you are changing the story. I have requested a copy of these videos, and you continue to deny it unless I come in person. Why? Why not show me the videos while I was there in person asking you for clarification? Because you know what you did. You also lied about giving me a payment copy after each treatment, which on the 2nd treatment a paid you in advance for total of 3 more treatments. I trusted you and I didn't noticed your Not Refund Policy on the paid invoice as you mentioned. I have found another facility, and they are transparent with their practices and actually showed me the medication and explained the process entirely. At this point, I request for you and your team to stop harassing me and not contact me again. I regret bringing my business to you.
