I first found this medspa on ClassPass, where I booked an appointment for microneedling + PRP. It was my first time doing the procedure, and Jenny was very patient in answering my questions. As it was my first time at the medspa, I signed some appropriate paperwork and she took photos of my face. The microneedling itself wasn't so painful and I healed up really well with the help of the PRP. I also bought a collagen serum from her plus I took advantage of a promotion going on at the time for a 3-pack for RF (radiofrequency) microneedling + PRP. I had some skin goals prior to my wedding later in the year and I completed 2 more RF microneedling sessions and also got a great Korean facial. My skin was glowing in my wedding photos and I've been happy with the results of the RF: shrinking pores, visible (I think) tightening of my saggy baby face skin, and improved hormonal acne! Maybe it was also the azelaic acid I started around the same time, but my skin has been noticeably more clear and free from blemishes. I just finished my last session with Jenny, and everyone at the medspa has been great to work with. Ann, Jenny, Rose, and Jein - all are wonderful ladies who take good care of you. I've never waited longer than 2 minutes after arriving to get straight into my appointment, and this place makes it clear which services to tip or not. I did not tip for microneedling, but I did tip Jein for my facial. Overall, I trust Jenny and her team for providing excellent service with good prices. MICRONEEDLING+Rejuran SB + COOLING IP summer special (charged 350 8.2025)- dm on IG Recommend this Med Spa for those who want korean treatments and have done their own research (little to no edu/debrief, q's answered). Very efficient and RN Jenny does a thorough job with more invasive ones (UT/rejuran/ microneedling). **Disclaimer: this was my first time at a med spa doing microneedling. My appt took around 1 5- 2 hours (numbing cream) AREA: The location is very convenient from anyone coming from the 405. Its 405 to 605 to 91 west first exit off and then a straight line into the medical plaza [ parking but a bit limited] 2nd floor. Virtually barely any traffic. INTRO: Inside is a very cozy feel for the interior with lots of price listing, theres various rooms, 1 has a curtain but there are private rooms too. Typical facial looking room. go in (make appointment through dm/call and then zelle $50 deposit), they'll hand you an ipad to fill out client profile and histories. The documents were rushed. I did not get any debrief (how procedure/risks etc) , but I had dmed requesting a specific procedure so i highly recommend self research. I dmed and did not find much info. I did not see the doctor at all during my visit at 11. RN Jenny handles most of it. PROCEDURE: There was another client booked the same time as me so Ann took care of me first with the numbing cream. She was very sweet, gentle, and patient. The numbing cream takes 45-1hr (feels hot), no check in. Once that is settled in, its washed off, Jenny wears gloves, sanitizes with alcohol, and shows you to booster product. The booster product is laid on top of skin and then microneedled in. She does a great thorough job going through different areas for microneedling (machine with multiple small pricks) Afterwards cooling IP is dosed with aloe gel and does sting, but the cooling part feels like cold metal/ice so very nice from the heat of the numbing cream and microneedling. Aftercare was debriefed during this, products are expected to sting 2-3 days after. They do give u a face mask after the IP but it does have some fragrance **very important in terms of pricing as theres not much info online. THERES DIFFERENT TYPES OF REJURAN. Rejuran healer (injected or microneedled in 450/ 1200 for 3), Rejuran HB (1cc), Rejuran S (1cc) -300 ( treatment requires 2 so its 600). REJURAN SKIN BOOSTER (SB) is only applied topically as part of microneedling and less conc. Rejuran healer can be injected or topical+ microneedled in. In the appointment, Jenny said theres no difference between efficacy of injected or microneedled in, but i was under the wrong impression that i was microneedling and then getting injected as all the hype about rejuran. The difference was not made clear until I asked after reading an info card right before the procedure and sb info isn't really found online. Please make note of the difference when booking as I know its hard to find online. (SB is completely different than healer (og), hb, and scar). It is still a deal , but it dimmed my excitement as I wasn't aware it was topical and different. If you want WL injections btw, its 125 per injection (/week, ~ 500/month, requires blood work before. They also have ultratherapy. Your face will feel red and raw after so be sure to bring a hat and stay out of the sun. Theres a lot of downtime with microneedling both before and after. Do your research! I waited a few days after so I could comment on the results. My skin does look slightly smoother and had a slight glow, not as much as expected with rejuran. 2nd day the skin is super sensitive so absolutely just put moisturizer and sunscreen. Not much for hyperpigmentation and there was some light peeling on the 3rd day (skin a bit dryer), feels less oily. The rejuran did plump my face a bit and rehydrated it. Paying was fast (tip screen, but no pressure) also felt like leaving was fast. Theres no upsell of products or explanation. I think the appointments are booked really close, almost overlapping. It makes sense- downtime and how new it is, but the pace also surprised me given how small the business is. Limited staff. Medically, I feel like risks needs and care need more emphasis. Suggest offering a 10 min consultation if desired to recommend what therapies would work for this person/age, with circled skin problems on photo, but I understand time is money and Jenny is so busy. It would help to print out cards for aftercare to give clients especially for procedures like microneedling. All the staff were really nice, you can see Jenny (owner) is a really ambitious woman and she does thoroughly do the procedure. Its very go in and out. Lots of new korean technology. You can expect no frills and the business to be straight with you. Just be detail oriented. Recommended for the experienced consumer. I wish this business well! read more

I came in for shurink which I've gotten before. As a nurse myself I did not appreciate the bedside manner of both the receptionist and the nurse. The receptionist applied my lidocaine cream and did not let me know I would need to wait for almost an hour so I was left in a closed room wondering when the treatment would start. Obviously shurink is not a comfortable treatment to begin with so I had anxiety going into it. The bedside manner of the nurse was inappropriate. She did not ensure comfort throughout the procedure like I've received from other aestheticians in the past. Her assessment of my face was inadequate as she told me i was uneven but she pointed to the wrong side of my face that needed more shots. I had to correct her because I know my own face. She proceeded to have me sit and wait as I wore a face mask after treatment. As a busy person I just wanted to leave as I spent 2 hours there already. Upon paying, she charged me for the deposit that I had paid for already when booking my appointed and I had to correct her again before she charged my card. Overall the bedside manner and unprofessionalism rubbed me the wrong way. Leaving pretty unimpressed with the quality of care. There was no after care instructions at all.
