Jason is a very fast and efficient worker. His price was about half of the big company estimate. And he did the work in 4 hours instead of 24!!! Windows are sparkling and this was the perfect present to give myself! He also replaced all the window decals (to prevent bird strikes) which the larger company I hired threw out. read more

Would not use again, for sure. He came 3 days earlier than we agreed and just climbed through my neighbors yard and onto my roof without knocking on the door. There were still water and leaves in my gutters when he was finished and he was going to leave without cleaning up the mess he left on my neighbors sidewalk. My 1st problem with this service was the communication, not the quality of the clean windows or the work ethic while he is on the job. 2nd problem is that he skipped on the skylights. When one earns about $150 per hour for his work, one should be much more professional in communication and do what was agreed. I ended up so frustrated that I can't rate him high despite my clean windows. Too much stress and it cost me about $150 an hour! Even doctors aren't this bad. Jason Prieta at Reliable was recommended by our realtor. It took days for him to respond to an email. I had used texts as well. Finally I started contacting other places for quotes and he showed up unannounced at 5:30 PM after I had expected him for the quote 2 hours earlier. He never communicated that he was not going to arrive when she'd said he would. He just did not respond to my efforts.. . . . . . I texted him the morning of the service since he was flaky on prior communication and showing up. He did not respond but he did show up for the job. Because work was being done in the garage he could not enter it to wash the interior windows so I reduced the amount orignally agreed upon by only $25 of the originalamount quoted of $575. I figured he showed up expecting the full amount so only dropped it a bit despite it being LOTS of windows. He agreed, of course. The original agreement was for him to do the skylights on the garage. He did the outside, we saw him on the roof BUT later we found that he had NOT done the skylights. So on a $550 job he skipped two skylights even though he was up on the roof. ??Strange? We know he went on to the next job which was right next door. Wish we'd known that he skipped the skylights. I texted him. Of course, I never heard back. He gets about $150 an hour for window washing so I would hope that he'd do what he originally agreed to do. He works hard and fast when on the job but communication MUST improve. I'm going to let the realtor know that it is very stressful when one is coordinating so much to put a house on the market that the stress of bad communication with someone that earns about $150 an hour is too much. At that rate one should be much more professional! She needs to get someone else to recommend. read more
