No plugging in your phone to look a the maps, etc. I almost got in several accidents trying to look at the map on my phone that kept falling on the floor , as there is nowhere to put it. Fumbling around with my AirPods to talk on the phone. etc. Lack of current features made the long trip unpleasant and unsafe. This location is a joke. Had very bad experience here. First…read moreof all, they add equipments inside the truck without the consumer knowledge. Next thing they tell you " equipment is inside with zip ties. If you pop the zip ties you will get charged". Cool is obvious, but in my case the items they were getting loaded in the truck were oversized and ended up popping the zip ties. They're also mats above the dolly which secure the dolly to prevent on moving. In order to use the dolly you have to remove the mat's. Meaning there's sign that dolly was not use. Who ever rent for here make sure you get a rental that has no equipment( if not needed). Also be careful with gas, apparently to them I didn't return the truck with the right gas range . They will get you with that. They want you to pump more than the actual range. Don't get fooled because is close to you. Find a location where things feel right!

They helped me work through a tricky rental situation-- two moves in one week to and from New York during the busiest moving week of the year-- in a way that saved me money and made the whole experience much more pleasant. I have used other Uhaul locations and other truck rental facilities (Home Depot and Lowes) in the past but will never go anywhere but No Hurts for future truck rentals. The truck itself was brand new (only 700 miles on it), and the rental process was super convenient. We picked up before hours (at 6am) and dropped off after hours (around 10pm) and were able to navigate both processes smoothly using the Uhaul app. Candace walked me through the process and checked in with me during the rental to make sure things were going smoothly. Both Candace and Judy were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with! This place has my highest recommendation and made a grueling moving process much more pleasant!

Super easy system. 24 hour return. You pull up and there is always a few white Mercedes with people in them to take the car back. It's also a lot cheaper than enterprise. And enterprise rents their cars to Federal agents so F them. Insurance and tolls - all that jazz is $700 for 7 days. Most places end up being that after taxes and then you've gotta pay your own tolls.

It was fully inspected inside and outside by Tatyana an agent for SIXT, and now suddenly this?? What's worse is now that I read reviews - this scam appears to be common practice from this company. DO NOT USE SIXT. You will regret it.
