Really great experience overall. It was easy to schedule our moving date with the owner on a phone. He explained all information that I need to know clearly. The moving day: two moving guys and a driver came. They walked to our apt unit and decide which way was the most make sense. Two movers worked really hard. They wrapped our furnitures really well and carried it carefully. They also disassembled our couch and assembled it back for us. When they carried boxes and furnitures on white narrow hallway, they were very careful not to damage the stuff and the wall. They were professional, quick, careful, and well communicative. Messaged me back saying there was no hidden fees and gave me a price, then over the phone tried to charge $50 more per staircase at each property, almost doubling the price. Don't waste your time Edit: I was clear about everything, and I don't have 10 flights of stairs. You, however, messaged me the 1st time saying you have no hidden fees and then when we spoke on the phone proceeded to explain your hidden fees. I'm moving from one house to another, this shouldn't double your price and even if it did, this should be known before hand instead of claiming there's no hidden fees. I needed to empty out our storage unit of commercial equipment and take to my garage at my house it was about 5 miles. I made a couple of requests through Yelp and Concordia Xpress was the only one that answered me instantly. Very reasonably price and very professional. I am not sure why some of the reviews said they took there time and had extra fees. I was not charged any extra fees and they work fast. The guys were great and handled everything with care, Arrived on time , moved everything: I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a mover. Edit: As expected.. upon having more time to more thoroughly examine items I'm absolutely finding more damaged items. But.. the most alarming of all of this.. after having a conversation with my 17 year old daughter.. apparently the helper made her incredibly uncomfortable by continuously staring and asking her her name while I was not present and I absolutely believe his intentions were weird because he also asked me if I was married. ------------------------------------------------------ Edit 2: As expected the owner responded with lies upon lies upon lies. Again.. do not do business with this company.. you will regret it.. not only do they do bad business but then they will bold face lie instead of taking any accountability!! ----------------------------------------------- I don't even know where to begin. Company was quick to respond and I was very confident based on seeing they had good previous reviews. The move started off strong. Although I noticed right away the helper did not seem up to the job but I remained hopeful. Initially I stressed from the beginning.. most furniture was in boxes (newly purchased) except one bedroom set that I wanted to be sure it was taken care of. It's my oldest daughters bedroom furniture that was purchased only a year ago brand new. Her bedroom set is ruined. As you can see in the pictures (I will update with more if I can but this was from a quick check at 12am) I requested this particular set be wrapped. Even asked in text if they wrap or if I needed to. It wasn't wrapped. I watched it get banged and slid upon loading and unloading. Then it was brought to my attention a drawer was busted while trying to pass the blame off stating that they didn't do it. I'm 100% certain it wasn't like that as the set was still practically brand new. Her bedroom set is literally ruined because there's literally now scratches and dings all over it as you can see in the pictures (white furniture) which cost me 900. I will say this was a big job. Both locations included steps. But the company knew that prior to the job. They should have been prepared. By the second half of the move they were moving slow and had just given up basically. My last move was 3 stories at the first location and to 2nd floor at drop off. It didn't take 7 1/2 hours nor was my stuff destroyed. It took 4 hours not counting driving. With two men. I'm utterly disappointed with this move. I'm sure there will be a response of them trying to make excuses for the horrible job I ended up receiving that cost me a 1000. Not only is my daughters bedroom set ruined but, numerous other items ruined, and I'm sure I will find more items damaged as I go through belongings today more extensively. Please save yourself the headache, stress, damaged items, and money by going with another company! Seeing the disappointment on my daughters face breaks my heart. Seeing my furniture tore up as a single mother that doesn't have funds to just replace items, breaks my heart. Having to spend 1000 because they weren't up to the job is infuriating. I found Concordia through Yelp by requesting a quote with another company but Concordia replied and gave me a flat rate for the work I needed done. I originally wanted my service done on a Saturday by it wasn't available, but Moshood was able to fit me in during the week on a day that worked for me. Moshood and his partner where punctual, knowledgeable, careful, and professional. They moved my dining room, that consisted of 3 big pieces of solid wood furniture from my home to a location 25 min away and the job was complete in under 1 and 1/2 hours. I had a GREAT experience with Concordia. From the jump, Moshood was very communicative and helpful in planning. He and his partner showed up and got right to work (he showed me when we started the timer to be transparent on the hourly rate, which was appreciated). The two of them got after it and had my 2 bedroom apartment loaded on to the truck in 2 hours. They brought a ton of blankets and straps and didn't need anything from me, they were super prepared. They unloaded everything in my new spot in about an hour and a half, so speedy. Most impressive was that I had 2-3 flights of stairs at EACH residence and they did the work flawlessly and without complaint. It ended up taking over five hours to complete my move from door to door. They took apart and reassembled every piece of furniture that required it. Never once gave any issues or complaints. The movers arrived on time. They first scanned the apartment to plan the move and started the timer only after that. I had a queen bed to be dismantled and assembled, 2 queen mattresses, 1 queen mattress box, 3 big shelves, a dressing table, around 5 night stand size items. The entire move was completed in around 1 hour and 45 minutes, so they were pretty quick. All the furniture was moved carefully, nothing was damaged. I was searching through my Yelp and realized I hadn't sent these guys a review yet. Back in late Feb/early March of this year, I contacted Moshood U via an online search. He was responsive and quoted me a firm price almost immediately. As I conversed with him several times, I got a very good impression. We were not able to be at home for our scheduled pick up, so we talked some more and I gave him detailed photographs and directions for how to get inside the garage. We had everything clearly marked on the boxes, which we ourselves had packed (as arranged). They moved our extra furniture, assorted accessories and kitchen stuff from Lumberville, PA to our daughter's new condo in Dallas. This was a terrible experience. I moved from a two bedroom two bath apartment into my first home on back on 10/31/22. Concordia arrived on time and appeared to be professional and ready to go. Long story short, that wasn't the case at all. Three plus hours into the move ,the movers were still taking things down to the moving truck from my fourth floor apartment down to the ground floor. My family and I decided to not only keep the one elevator on our floor to get things stacked and out of the apartment, but we also started to to assist in the move. At the pace these two were going, we would've been moving into the next day!! When we finally arrived at my new home, my fiancé and I stopped assisting and started unpacking things,but my son continued to assist the movers. I mentioned to the movers several times that my home was just painted two days prior and it was very expensive,so to please please be very careful and not hit my walls. The movers understood and stated that they would be careful. Just minutes into the move, two walls were damaged and the owner which was one of the movers, blamed my son. My son denied doing any damage to the walls. We agreed from that moment on that my son wasn't going to move another item and he didn't. He started assisting with unpacking. By the time the move ended ,six different walls in my home were damaged!! At this point, the owner had no choice but to take responsibility for the damage that they clearly caused to my walls. The owner actually thought that he was going to go to Home Depot and get my Sherman Williams Cashmere paint colors and fix my professionally painted walls. I always try to support small businesses, but this was obviously a bad choice. During this process, I reflected back to the positive reviews this company had which made me go with them, but unfortunately my experience was terrible. Later on during the night as my son unpacked his mirror, that was also cracked. I sent a photo to the owner the same night of the move with no reply. I gave them my keys to the Philadelphia resident to clear and move my stuffs to Tempa without supervision. Honestly I would not use them again. They left a lot of scratches and scuffs on my walls and two from corners of furniture. It's a shame because the owner was very nice but they did not respect my things. I had freshly painted walls that I now need to have painted again. I am disappointed. read more

I would not recommend this moving service to anyone. They charge by the hour but work so slow that it ended up being double what I originally estimated (and several hundred dollars more than quotes from their competitors who don't charge by the hour). For instance, I am a small 110-pound woman and I was able to move boxes faster than the two movers combined, even having a sore arm. I would often look over to see only one of the movers working while the other watched, and they spent lots of time just talking. I totally understand the need for taking breaks when lifting heavy furniture, but it was excessive. I had friends helping the process along, so in the end, it was only a few hours. However, if my friends had not stepped up to help, it easily would have taken the movers twice as long. There were lots of additional charges even though they advertise that they don't have additional charges. I would recommend using this moving service only as a last resort. The movers were also rude, and complained the whole time that I had too much furniture, and even damaged some of my furniture. If they are not able to handle moving the furniture to fill a standard 1-bedroom apartment, then they need to advertise this. Also, the other reviewer is one of the movers for the company. read more
