His and his wife's. The wife's is 980-425-0558. When I called a month later, he said Thursday at 10AM. At 10AM he did not respond. The wife said he is doing construction and will be by on Saturday. ALL DAY Saturday no show, and both phones went to voicemail. I called every hour, same thing till 7PM. DO NOT USE this service. Unless, of course, English is your second language.

They don't properly edge or blow the hard scapes off, and do a half assed job in general. That aside, I've never experienced such rude and off putting customer service in any of our other home care services. It was honestly shocking. When I first noticed the steps hadn't been blown off, I sent a nice text message asking for that to be performed next time. I received a message back from Hunter stating "he wasn't sure what I was looking at, but he blew the steps off" now even if that was the case, this response was not necessary. However, it should have been an indication of the continued frustration with the service, and rude customer service. I felt like I was walking on eggshells if I wanted to ask if they could switch a day, or was dissatisfied with the job they did and wanted to talk about it. Every time Hunter would tell me he was "very busy" and made us feel like he was doing us a favor, coming out at all. I was trying to cultivate a friendly, long term relationship like we had with our last service. They make that impossible. For $160 a month, it's not a charity service, and I shouldn't have to stress about asking a question. The end was me meekly requesting he come out prior to our aeration to mow, as it would be 3 weeks before another mow could occur (and we had already paid for the month) giving a weeks notice. I received another rude, snarky message that they are extremely busy with other customers and there was no way they could come out to mow. There are many other lawn services out there who have some care and friendliness, and I wish we didn't have to go through this frustration and hope no one else does either. Keep on looking past Countryside Landscaping if you'd like a decent lawn and to be treated with respect.

I called and spoke to Raul, and it was a quick conversation where I relayed my needs, which led to a quick quote, and then to scheduling the appointment. All in less than 10 minutes! He emailed me to confirm the quoted price, and date of appointment. On cleaning day they cleaned my carpets, being very professional and courteous by covering their shoes upon entering my home, and using corner guards throughout to ensure no scuff marks on my baseboards. He worked quickly, and very efficiently. I actually felt that we had gotten our money's worth as we paid for a job well done. I have no dog in this hunt. When I bought my home in East Charlotte in 2021, the lawn was in pretty poor shape due to years of…read moreneglect. There was lots of green space on the lot, but most of it was covered in weeds, crab grass, debris or just barren dirt. I knew I had to put some work in to get the lawn to where it deserved to be. Enter Team Turf! They sent out a consultant to take a look at the lawn and give me a reccomendation. They were quick, direct and honest with their plan. After killing down the weeds and crab grass, they quickly sent a team out to aerate and seed the lawn. They communicated very clearly that this would be a process that could take up to ten months to get the lawn to where I wanted, so I knew I had to be patient. We started the process in late October, which allowed the grass seed to germinate and grow over the winter months. After coming out to my property to fertilize and protect the grass, my new lawn started growing in and looking full in the spring. I was amazed at how full, green and lush the grass grew in! Every square inch seemed to have grass growin, including the edges of the property, right up to the concrete. Today, almost two years later, I continue to be impressed by the quality of the grass growing in my lawn. It looks particularly good after a fresh mow. It's even, smooth, and wonderful to the touch. One of my favorite things to do is take my shoes off and walk around the back yard feeling the grass between my toes. My dog also loves the yard, he will find a sunny spot and lay down enjoying the grass and the sun for hours. The service team at Team Turf is excellent, they always help out whenever I have questions, which is not often. The billing is smooth and the technicians are in and out without disrupting my day.
