Overall good wash. I got the $12 wash (most expensive option) and it started with a manual scrub of my windows, hood, and trunk. Drive through portion itself is pretty small, but decent for a quick wash. Only downside was the vacuums were not very strong, requiring me to go over areas multiple times to get everything up. Went through twice and car still dirty. They explained that I should've scrubbed it after the car wash ??? What The Heck?

Not what I expected but I should have done more research. This is a standard drive-they car wash. Not a regular car wash. The worker hosed down my car and I drove through. End of story. I paid $10 and this was easily the same as the $7 wash at a gas station where they hand me a dash wipe and actually smile. The guy that "helped" me here seemed incredibly annoyed, sighed at me when he asked me what car wash I wanted and just generally seemed like he either hated that he was there or that I was, maybe both. The dryer didn't fully dry the car and I was way too annoyed to even bother wither the vacuum station. I don't exactly expect top notch service but this was just below mediocre. read more

Nice spot for a quick, drive thru car wash that features a scrubbing by hand before you go through the automatic wash! The attendant was very nice and helpful on my most recent visit. Also, your wash comes with free use of the vacuums on site! The turn into the wash itself from the line is a little tricky, but the attendant is there to help guide your car into the right spot. As we are trying to support small business, we were in the area and pulled up this wash on Yelp. The guy running it was super professional and nice, and got us in and out of there fast. I think the wash was actually were thorough and nice. The vacuums are not super strong, but they did the trick. First time going to this car wash and unfortunately I will not return. My car came out of the wash covered in soap suds. I didn't want the soap scum to remain on my car so I asked the attendant if she had something I could use to wipe it off she said I could buy a towel!! I told her the wash did an incomplete job. She allowed me to run the car through again. The second time was even worse. I again showed the attendant and she just told me I would need to buy a towel. Shameful that I had to buy a product to properly complete the job their machine didn't do correctly In response to the business owners response. Maybe He should be more informed. He says all of my reviews are negative when in fact of the 17 reviews I have posted 8 of them (more than half) have 4 or 5 stars with excellent reviews. Secondly as to the charge that it was wax, I would have had to have ordered wax. It was clearly soap from the posted photos. Finally I'm sorry that your first post is a negative one but maybe with a more friendly response from the owner I could have changed my review to a more positive one but instead now my feelings remain and you have solidified a lost customer!! read more

This is based on my experience about 1.5 month ago. The car wash was fine. I was in a rush that day but I didn't appreciate being hit on by the attending guy. He kept making jokes about needing a sugar momma and that he'd like to take me to dinner when I said I was in a rush for a job interview. My first time in a long time at a express car wash. The place looked very new and clean! It was conveniently located off the 10 freeway at the White exit. I opted for the $10 deluxe wash. It started with a good manual scrubbing and spray by the person working there. After that, it was all machine. Finally, it was off to the free self vacuum station where they also applied the tire dressing to my car. Pretty straightforward other than the fact I had a hard time figuring how to put my new car in neutral! Haha I was there at there at 9am and there was one other customer so they weren't that busy. I noticed that they had 5 min limit for the vacuum. However, I think it is only enforced when they get busy. I like how they put a cover over the vacuum area so it is nice and shaded. I also like how they a suction hose on both sides to make things easier. Looking at the banner, there is an early bird special Monday through Thursday from till 10am for $4. I wished they had this on weekends since it's the only time I can swing by! read more

On yelp it says they close at 6pm but on google it says 7pm! It's a perfect stop to make after a long day at work. The owner I believe is the guy who preps your car before it goes into the automatic express car wash. That guy is always filled with energy and funny. He definitely made this trip better than what I expected. Super friendly service and usually no long lines. The wait goes by super fast. The cheapest car wash deal is $6 then range up to like $20?! I believe but that's still really good a decent car wash! Also I heard if you're an Uber or lyft driver you get a dollar off and I know they also have monthly deals! I got the $8 wash and it came with the tire wax? I'm not sure what it's called but it's simple and made my tires look nice. I feel that the vacuum is not strong enough but I think I just used the wrong setting on the vacuum. read more

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. First off, the attended complained twice in 3 minutes that he was tired and hungry, like he was expecting me to do something about it. I paid for the $10 Ultimate to that should have included some extra tire cleaning. Other reviews mentioned it was a hand scrub before, he only hosed off the car. This is my favorite drive-through car wash. I really appreciate the extra step of power washing the exterior before driving through for your wash. I'm not sure if he is the owner or the manager but the gentleman who usually greets me is always so kind. My girlfriend and I were looking for a car wash since all the other car washes nearby were really busy. We notice this car wash was pretty empty, so we try it out. Worse decision ever! Beware of this car wash and avoid it. The owner was extremely rude, and our truck wasn't even washed properly. My girlfriend purchases the $12 package. As we tried to vacuum the inside (by the way which were terrible and had little suction) we notice the truck bed was filled with soap and water and the back window wasn't cleaned. This is a Toyota Tacoma. I go back and tell the owner the issue, he says it was because the tailgate needed to be put down. He seemed really annoyed, he told me to bring the truck around again for a water rinse. We put down the tailgate and go through. We are near the end, where you can see yellow and green flashing lights. Both were flashing and my girlfriend didn't know what to do. After we exited, the owner knocked on her car door twice. He tells her very sarcastically, "I know you're smart and you can read the signs" she explains that both lights were flashing at the same time. He continues to talk over us. I was surprised at how rude we were being treated. I walked back to him, stated the issue was not resolved, and that he was being extremely rude. He says he would rather be rude than be stupid. At that point I asked for a refund. As he was opening the register, I told him I am a small business owner as well, and I would never treat a client like this. He continued to talk over me, handed me over my money, and told me to never come back again. Save yourself the trouble and never go to this terrible car wash. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! I went for the first time today 09/08/18. Paid $12 for there ultimate car wash. I have a Toyota Tacoma not a huge truck. Ran it through the machines and my truck bed was full of soap sudds. Went back to tell the owner he said we could go back through. When I pulled my truck up he was obviously disturbed that we brought back the truck. Went through the car wash again but before completing the car wash there's a yellow and green light. Yellow to stay green to go. Both lights were flashing so I decided to leave. Having already been the worst car wash experience I'm trying to leave so I put my car on drive and when he knocks on my window to put back in N. I put the car in neutral for another 10 seconds the light turned green I'm trying to leave he than again knocks on my window extremely aggressive . So I open the door since I don't want to lower a newly washed window when he YELLS at me That " he knows I'm smart to know what green and yellow mean" I than tell him it was flashing both yellow and green and I wanted to leave. He continues to yell about the sensors. He ended up giving us a refund while telling us to never come back. The pictures I attached show how my car was left after running my truck TWICE through the machine. If you are going to open a business in our neighborhood you cannot treat the people from here this way. You are a guest here. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and never had a bad experience the owner is very nice and oftentimes if slow he will personally apply tire dressing for you which is a plus I've been bringing all of our cars here but unfortunately don't keep pictures of all of them these are just 3 of them.
