I think I've stepped up my check deposit game and have used the app. Parking is still crazy here as it's a tiny area of parking. This last time I was needing cash to gift to family for Christmas. I will move my other accounts at other USA banks to CTCB in California as I can then transfer or withdraw funds in either country and I can transfer Taiwan funds to support USA debit cards as needed. For both personal accounts and business accounts in Taiwan it allows transactions to be relatively easy. I can imagine how difficult it was to have staff that had to learn both Chinese and English as well as explain in English when their native language is traditional Chinese. My experience in Taiwan has shown that CtCB is a very caring and thoughtful company. But language can be a pain. CTCB Taiwan has English speaking staff and I need to be patient and prepared to request advice and support in clear communication not rapid fire fits.
