After a small misunderstanding the branch manager made sure to set my car deal up while I waited for the car seller to travel from nearby Modesto. This way when they arrived things would move swiftly. Once they did one of her associates quickly sat us down with most of the paperwork filled out, having us just sign our signatures where needed. Altogether something that seemed insurmountable only took about 15 minutes once we were all inside the branch. This was awesome and made a tough situation so smooth. Thanks guys!

The task of opening the accounts was smooth and seamless. Any questions that I had, Jorge was able to competently answer. Got approved daily for auto load at 830 credit. Went to dealership and had an Aussie w Schools check. Calls and needed help asap. Did I get help from our credit union? NOPE 28 minute hold time again. Now, I'm on the phone to complain and jot time was 14 minutes and the. They transferred me and it's another 12 minutes on hold. I had to get another higher interest loan bc they don't help members. I'm a teacher and this CU is NOT friendly to us. W no breaks and a short prep period, we don't have time to be placed on hold for 30 minutes to 45 min. This place is not helpful. Rather just change to another bank. Why is anyone here when they don't show support to us? This is not a mistake in staffing. They know what's happening.

They were super friendly and helpful. Linh was amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helped me understand all of the coverages. The only time my insurance went up is when I had a ticket about 6 years ago, so maybe that is the reason why her price went up. Prices do not go up on its own, there are usually a reason. Last year, my insurance policy went up, and before I even had a chance to call Linh, she called me to let me know that the insurance company did not include and discount, she updated the price for me very easily. It is very hard to find an office that will call me at my renewals. My old agent never did that. I love that they are on top of their game. Kudos ladies! My family and I have been a customer for about 4 years now, and we do not plan to leave anytime soon.

I asked why did I get an over draft when I put in money through zelle on the same day. I had this issue before and was told if I were going to use Zelle the deadline is at 4 pm. I was told by this branch that the DEADLINE IS AT 4 pm. When I told him that he decided to interrupt me and kept speaking while I was speaking. Every time I tried to say something he kept cutting me off and also started to get loud with me. I asked him for a manager or a supervisor on duty. He told me apparently he's been there so long that they leave him in charge. Well Mr I've been here so long why couldn't you tell me the reason why I got over draft or the cut off time is to be able to put money in. Like every other bank that has one.
