I had been locked out of my mobile banking and I was informed via the 1-800 number that I had to…read morepresent my id at a Key Bank branch to regain my access. As there is no Key Bank local to me, I ended up at this branch as a trip to Jungle Jim's (down the road) was also planned. The 3 Tellers inside of the bank were extremely helpful. As this was (I'm guessing) a somewhat unusual situation, I spoke with all 3 Tellers who assisted in the process of getting access back to my mobile banking. Between making different phone calls, waiting on hold and then assisting me with setting up my new mobile banking account, the process took approximately 45 minutes to an hour. While I was waiting I took pictures of this adorable piggy bank. I wanted to request a piggy bank for myself, but I refrained...lol. 5 star experience today at this branch.

I have been a member for about 20 years. I had been generally satisfied with the service. So, I…read moreapplied for a 39K rental property mortgage through WPCU expecting that I would receive the same level of service. Tim Carpenter was my Mortgage Loan Originator at Wright-Patt Credit Union e. The initial contact was amenable. He told me what I would need, and I provide the information on the same day. After that things went downhill. He was very slow to respond. When he replied he did not answer the question I asked him. He did not call the listing agent or the buyers agent in a timely way. He asked me to provide him the same document repeatedly. He made mistakes in the closing documents because he did not read his emails thoroughly, so he did not have current information. An easy straight forward mortgage took three months to complete. I called and left messages, he did not respond for many days. When I was finally fed up with his service, I called and emailed his supervisor Bill Brogan, Loan Account Executive @ Union Savings Bank President, he never called me back. I did get a mortgage but the experience was so stressful that I will never use them again.

I used Key and Chase before this and they were super scandalous…read more I've never had an issue with WPCU, and I feel like they're there to help me, not rip me off like other banks. Sometimes, the wait inside is long. That can be irritating but I just try not to go inside when I'm in a hurry. They're busy because they're a great bank! I've always been waited on by friendly tellers....never had a single bad encounter with a staff member. I've visited a few other locations, and even though I live closer to the one on Xenia Ave, I prefer to go a little further to go to this one. I will never switch banks as long as they remain the way they are now...just perfect.
