Update on the service that I received at the Glenarden branch of Navy Federal Credit Union. I…read morereceived a call from the Branch Manager Michelle who wanted to reach out to me because I had sent a online complaint. The Manager wanted to know what happened with the member representative Aerial at the branch. I had explained that the member representative stated that she couldn't accept my $10 in coins for deposit and stated that they had to be wrapped. I pointed out that the $10 in coin consisted of $8 in quarters, $1.10 in nickels and .90 in dimes all of which could not be wrapped. The Manager stated that the member service representative said that I didn't want to give the employee the coin and had a change of heart. "This make no sense because I wouldn't drive out of my way to make a deposit and then have a change of heart and then make a complaint". Needless to say the Aerial lied to cover up her incompetence! . The Manager assured me that Navy Federal Credit Union does take coin that can not be wrapped and that the employee has been advised that she was in error for communicating the wrong information. I just wanted to Thank the Manager Michelle for addressing my concerns so quickly!!! .

She explained how the ATM is so much easier and you never need a pin # be in inside or outside ATM and also when you use your card credit or debit the machine already knows what account to put it in just by that!! Super cool because all this time I was going to the drive through filling out the deposit form paper just to put a payment in my account. So thank you Krystal for all your help and wonderful customer service!!

Also, Someone from Capital One called and never left an extension number. So, when I called I was expected to talk someone who has no knowledge of this situation and when asked to trafer me to the person who left me the message I was told that he can not transfer calls. They have the Worst Customer Service. I will never recommend them. I closed my account except with the 22.9 % interest Rate It will take me forever to pay it off. This is there plan so you pay and pay!!!!!!!! THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN GET ONE STAR

I'm in the process of taking legal actions to have my monies restored. She tried to persuade me into believing that l gave authorization to some foreign country. I've never in my life been out of the United States. And all of the hacked transactions took place to from the Largo Office. I was credit my money in 1/2025 and then without any notice she said the dispute office along with her self felt that l gave authorization. None of it made sense, but whatever she put in the computer was soley based on their decisions. I personally feel that they removed my money and spilt it amongst whomever. I never received any updates or paperwork to keep tack of any investigation or feedback from anyone. But don't ever trust Diana and you reap what you sow! God will prevail

I scheduled an appointment for 3/13/24 @ 11am at the Lake Arbor Way Branch in Mitchellville MD. I walked into the bank at 10:52 am to the coldest non-welcoming establishment I've encountered in my 60 years of life. The two female tellers were greeting their customers by name, and they all seemed so happy. I acknowledged 2 people in suits in one of the glass offices but received no physical/verbal response. The security guard walked from the front door to where I was sitting and begin staring at me. I said "hello" and he kinda rolled his eyes and turned his head. A nicely dressed woman came from a back office, we made eye contact, I said hello, but (no response). She unlocked a door for the security guard, look at me again and returned to the back office. It was now, 11am and my encounter with four non-teller bank workers was so negative that I decided to get in the teller's line to get assistance. My heart sank, when the 2 friendly tellers begin to talk about me as if I couldn't hear them. To sum things up, they considered me a nobody/"maybe she's a carrier dropping something off". One teller came from behind the window in a professional manner, inquired as to why I was in the bank. When stating" I have an appointment, but I couldn't get anyone to assist me," she requested that I return the lounge area where I was previously sitting and being totally ignored. She went to one of the workers that initially dismissed me for assistance. The teller returned to inform me that the worker was busy and would get to me later. It was passed my scheduled time and the bank workers had verbally and/or through their actions, treated me as if I was a non-person/not important/waste of their on-the-clock time. I finally left without being assisted...as you can guess, BOA staff has not contacted me to reschedule, apologized, etc. it's as if I didn't exist to them. After a 2-hour search, I was able to locate and get my legal documents notarized for the price of $5. BOA Lake Arbor Way location is awful to "certain" clientele as this is my 2nd negative interaction at this location and (I've only been inside this location twice) SMH. BOA...you should never make a customer or potential customer feel unwelcome, or less than when visiting your establishment. Although, I don't personally have a large amount in my BOA account, I am a silent partner in two businesses that carries mega balances with your establishment (for now).

Wells Fargo is not my personal banking center, however my bank had previously given me trouble and this Wells Fargo location is very close to my house. While the wait is very long for a Friday afternoon, the customer associate representative was able to help me fill out my documents and notarized it in a very promptly manner. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to pay a fee to get my document notarized (especially since my bank charges for the service.) The staff were very professional and supportive and I was able to get what I needed done. I would come back in the future for the great customer service and wide range of services they provide.

Open until 4...it's a little after 3. So I dig in the phone and call. She yells through the door " it better be for more than five thousand...." I said it was, which was the truth. Finally the door opens. I get the fish eye from the woman who opened the door and everyone else inside. I guess the customer at M&T is last. Not a bank I would recommend.
