I tried the drive through and what did I find? A HAND sticking out of the backside. Now what now? Exactly. It was broken. I went around to the other ATM at the front of the location, and what did I find again, ANOTHER broken ATM, this one was behind some THICK plexi glass. No choice but to go inside, here it go. Line is long as all get out, two tellers. Each teller is behind that thick plexi like glass, cameras centered right at your face as you complete your transaction. This doesn't make me feel all warm and fuzzy nor does it give me a thought that this is a safe location. This trip made me want to close my account. I'll never go back. Whomp.

PNC also has several banks within Wawas they help ATMs much easier and I was talking to someone getting money out as well but He had used his Independence Card which was interesting and different! . So if you have that card you can use it at any PNC ATM that's inside a Wawa. The Value is community and customers they are fair and honest in that and make sure you return as if it's a store!

It had already taken me a week to receive it via priority mail and cost $10. It would cost another $20 to send it back and receive it again after my 90 year old mother that does not drive took it back to the bank. I explained all of this and he shoved the check back at me and refused to help. He was African. I left there and went to Bowie PNC, explained everything to their African AMERICAN manager and he immediately called the issuing bank, confirmed the check and signed it for me. SIMPLE AD DONE. The manager at the first branch had no compassion and was just too lazy to help. Thank god that the Bowie manager was willing to go the extra mile and was very nice about it.

Update on the service that I received at the Glenarden branch of Navy Federal Credit Union. I…read morereceived a call from the Branch Manager Michelle who wanted to reach out to me because I had sent a online complaint. The Manager wanted to know what happened with the member representative Aerial at the branch. I had explained that the member representative stated that she couldn't accept my $10 in coins for deposit and stated that they had to be wrapped. I pointed out that the $10 in coin consisted of $8 in quarters, $1.10 in nickels and .90 in dimes all of which could not be wrapped. The Manager stated that the member service representative said that I didn't want to give the employee the coin and had a change of heart. "This make no sense because I wouldn't drive out of my way to make a deposit and then have a change of heart and then make a complaint". Needless to say the Aerial lied to cover up her incompetence! . The Manager assured me that Navy Federal Credit Union does take coin that can not be wrapped and that the employee has been advised that she was in error for communicating the wrong information.
