Recently, I had an issue with the international wire- I expected a large amount of money to be wired to my account. Unfortunately, money/ wire was lost in transaction between the overseas bank, corresponding bank and Dollar bank. Tracy Skelly ,one of the managers, came up with the help. She responded asap to my issue and made numerous contact calls to different departments. Tracy tried to communicate with overseas bank and gave me useful tips that could help me to get money. I really appreciated Tracy's assistance and support while waiting on the resolution of the case. After 50 days, the wire finally came to my account. However, I strongly believe that if not the help of Tracy, I don't know what would happen to my wire. Grateful and thankful for Dollar's bank team!

During the second meeting they have an internal policy to have all partners come in to sign documents. I am the managing partner. Only I will be having this responsibility. I offered to send them the documents to be signed in front of a notary, but bankers insisted they had to sign in person even after I repeated three distinct times that was not possible. Back in the day, you received free checks when you opened a new checking account; now you are required to spend additional money for those checks...you are literally spending your own money so that you can spend your money- wtf!? With this particular location, it is a real hassle to get into the parking lot because of the poor location of the entrance/exit & the amount of traffic. However, I feel their customer service somewhat makes up for this...unless you have to use their poorly designed ATM. If it is raining, snowing or very windy you will get clobbered as they have an overhang only. And if the roof (or lack of) doesn't annoy you then the giant yellow poll will as I've watched & cringed behind many drivers who can't seem to steer clear due to it's too close location. There is also only one ATM so convenience clearly wasn't taken into account when this machine was installed.

I had a unique problem and they were extremely helpful in assisting me on how to figure it all out. They all seem very smart and capable. On a sidenote, they have a great little machine that can make coffee, tea, hot, cocoa, etc. I particularly liked the peppermint tea, which did not have any garbage in it just straight Mintleaf. It makes the weight very enjoyable.

For some reason, every other banking/financial institution has honored this paperwork. Not Fidelity. And, we didn't know this until AFTER our son was gone and unreachable. It's unacceptable. To make matters worse, their "customer service" is a joke. You can't reach a real person or a person with authority. Again, my son is on deployment. He can't "figure" this out or re-execute a POA to Fidelity's liking. If you are military-friendly, as you claim to be, Fidelity, make this right. All that I've ever done with my accounts there is deposit paychecks and withdraw money. Why is my account being closed? I was sent a letter about unsatisfactory activity. WHAT UNSATISFACTORY ACTIVITY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What did I do wrong? I go through enough already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am good with finances and always have been. Bankers have given me wrong information over the phone and inside the bank.  There was an overdraft that happened that wasn't my fault. I was told by a banker when funds would be available to me and I scheduled a payment to come out of my checking account accordingly.
