Karen was very responsive and our refund post covid was processed days after talking to her. Our gripe is still with the sub contractor who would go a month without returning messages, but KHM by itself seems above board, and dealt with a tough issue well. It's only 4 stars due to the difficulty dealing with their sub contractor, but I believe KHM encouraged her to be semi-more responsive...kinda...sorta. If you're looking at them to become an agent they seem nice and well positioned to get you started planning trips.

Now the agent is refusing to give us back our deposit for the janky work she's done. I'm so upset by the time wasted with this and the unwillingness of the agent to return money that she doesn't rightfully deserve. Now she's saying we can rebook with her and it's the same as us having our money returned...so she can rob us blind again ? No thanks !
