The lines can get long, but that's just about every bank. I do think Citizens is getting a little out of hand with fees, thankfully I make sure that I have the proper accounts to qualify to get no fees...but the moment I do...I'M GOING ELSEWHERE!!! ...but biggest reason for this post is because I've been there on a couple occaisions, and been made to feel a little nervous about one particular teller. A few months ago, she did my transaction, and was COUNTING ON HER FINGERS. Recently I went in there, told her how I wanted my money given back to me(nothing too complex), and I could see the lost look in her eyes...a little scary, LOL!
