No! This bank is horrible! Over draft fees! No 24hrs grace period! If you work 2nd shift the over draft fee don't post till like when ever the computer wants to and it be like late 7-9pm and most of us can't leave work to put any money before 10pm cut time! I left pnc 3yrs ago! Ever chance I get I will bad mouth this bank! I DONT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK! read more

So my 19 yr old son goes into this location to cash in saving bonds and to see about a personal loan. He was told to come back because they were to busy! He didn't get to cash in bonds! That is totally unbelievable. read more

This is the most incompetent banking company I've ever worked with when it comes to home loans…read more When I first put my application in for my home loan which was approved, they dragged their feet so long on appraisals that I had to reapply for the home loan that I already was approved for months prior. Getting any of them to call you back as a true chore in itself. They are not set up in any way for external payments which any other banking facility is capable of. I wish I would've never have chosen this Bank for my home loan. I had the same issues when I had my motorcycle loan with them as well. Thankfully, I was able to pay that motorcycle off loan relatively quick and I'll never be back to this bank going forward. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for loans or any kind or for any banking that you choose to do. If I could give them a zero I would.

I called customer service to update my address as there wasn't a box to enter it when I tried online. The Indian CS rep stated that I needed to take 2 photo IDs to my local branch bank to change my address. Everytime I have to go INTO the branch the wait time is ridiculous, and the drive thru is even worse. I wa supposed to be able to continue to use my old checks for 6 months and then have a seamless transition to my "new account" numbers. Well if you call two returned checks seamless then you'd be correct. The returned check resulted in a late fee for my rent and my favorite part was making the "wall of shame" at a local asian restaurant where they proudly display "bounced" checks. Yep, my "bounced check" is up for all to see in the community where I work and live. If ypu enjoy long lines, unhelpful tellers, and account mix ups by all means, bank with Huntington. Oh and don't get me started about my late car payment. What business won't accept a payment without ID. I'm offering to PAY not request money. Botton line, thos bank is awful and the Sylvania branch near downtown is the worst of the bunch.
