We were greeted at the door by a women whose job is to only smile and ask customers what they want. As I found out the other part of her job was to tell customers they cannot get what they want and must get an appointment to get a clerk to add my sisters name to my safety box. A clerk came out and took information from me to set up an appointment on a different day. The time to do all of this would have been the same as needed to add signing authority for my sister. This is a good example of piss poor customer service with a smile. Needless to say, this bank is really screwed up!

The only way I was able to actually talk to a person was to message them on there face book page after threatening to call the Better Business Bureau. It took months even with a lawyer working with us. Apparently our power of attorney letter was signed but it didn't actually say "Power Of Attorney " under the signature. It was on the top of the lawyers document and all throughout, but not under the signature line. So that held things up for weeks. All in all it took over a year to resolve every little issue for 10k.
