My husband and I wanted to legally protect each other, so we drew up a simple will document. We came in to have this notarized and realized we needed witnesses. There were a few bank employees milling around by the door, yet bank policy will not them be witnesses. We were told to come back with two witnesses, yet we don't know anyone here, plus it's hard to even get in here during business hours with my husband's job. We were considering getting a mortgage with them too, but now we are leaning on going with a different company. Wells Fargo has lost our business for good and a lot of $ on a mortgage!
