Their rates are significantly better than local commercial banks but not as good as internet banks (such as Discover or CapitalOne). (2) competent and friendly customer service, both for loans, as well as for walk-up teller services. (3) good attention to security of my banking accounts. (4) some financial education programs. Areas for improvement include: increasing the functionality of their website, lowering fees of some services (such as international wires), and offering higher savings rates that better compete with internet banks.

The tellers are polite and helpful, but if there's only one person available you may wait. I'm not asking for more staffing; just a branch that keeps its ATM accessible and doesn't create avoidable costs for customers.
