The instructors were all excellent and gave the best cues I have ever heard. They were friendly and welcoming! The other clients were also friendly and kind. The space is on the second floor and the door is on the side of the building. (My first day there it was a little tricky to find because gps places you at the building front.) Once inside go upstairs and down the long hallway. Because it's on the second floor; it's warm inside the studio. Some instructors kept the hallway door opened during class- letting in cool air, and others chose to close the door- making it warmer, but either way the classes were excellent! I wish I lived closer; I learned so much during my practice at Meta Studio.

He quickly responded within hours and welcomed me. I arrived to a spacious, clean studio that had a warm feeling to it. Brenda, the instructor leading Saturday morning was excellent. Since it was my first time at the studio she took the time to talk with me before class to find out more about my practice, any restrictions I may have had and where I was from. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable-she really made me feel welcome. Her cueing was right on, she really made sure we were mindful of our alignment, had a great pace for flowing and kept the atmosphere light and joyful. I am a long-time fan of Andrea Kennedy as a teacher, first with yoga and now with the amazing Melt Method. I've practiced yoga, (although not faithfully, I must admit) since the 1970s with a variety of teachers. Andrea is the very best of them. She knows bodies, and she is a healer. In recent years she has been offering classes in The Melt Method and has rocked my soul and body. A means of working with the fascia that connects every part of the body, Melt is better than Acetaminophen for what ails. The restorative aspect for your body is proven with a before and after assessment in each session. It feels great and it is a practice I actually stick with. Andrea and her online classes are a lifesaver for me. Being in the studio with her is the cherry on top.

A simple call and follow up email made it easy. The center's atmosphere is immediately calming, and tranquil. The desk staff was very personable and pleasant to talk with. We had a very short wait and our session started right on time. Both of our massage therapists were amazing. If you have the opportunity to schedule with Kaya or Gina, do yourself a favor and do so! From start to finish, the head to toe massage was amazing! They were both very pleasant as well, professional and very respectful when we expressed the preference of not talking during our session. Quiet peacefulness. We left there feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and centered. A massage from Heart Wish is one of the best things you could do for yourself. I went to one of her raw food demonstrations yesterday evening and had a great time watching Kelly prepare a protein smoothie, a Glowing Strawberry, Mango, Avocado Sprouted Salad and, best of all, her Raw Walnut Cacao Bars, which were heavenly! The salad called for cilantro, which I'm allergic to. Not a problem at all--Kelly just served me before putting the cilantro in. There was a small group of women in the class for this Sunday night candlelight hot yoga session. The instructor spoke with us very calmly and encouraged everyone in their practice. Coming here to this studio was a wonderful choice for getting back into yoga because they are so friendly and helpful. The session was calming, and an amazing way to begin your work week. Something positive and relaxing on a Sunday night. Super excited to have found this studio, and can't wait to visit more frequently.
