I had tried meditation and prayer but Svaroopa yoga and specifically TERRY offered a way to achieve this. Terry is supportive and very attentive to all students. It does not matter if you are a beginner or have been a "yogi" for years, she is observant and makes sure everyone is in the proper form to gain the maximum benefit from each pose. A simple call and follow up email made it easy. The center's atmosphere is immediately calming, and tranquil. The desk staff was very personable and pleasant to talk with. We had a very short wait and our session started right on time. Both of our massage therapists were amazing. If you have the opportunity to schedule with Kaya or Gina, do yourself a favor and do so! From start to finish, the head to toe massage was amazing! They were both very pleasant as well, professional and very respectful when we expressed the preference of not talking during our session. Quiet peacefulness. We left there feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and centered. A massage from Heart Wish is one of the best things you could do for yourself. While Rise is a great gym, maintenance has been an issue since day one of the new ownership. The heater motor burned out on Tuesday and NO repairs have been made and there is no information available regarding status. It is COLD in the gym. And with next week's forecast showing highs in the 20s, this is not sustainable. An indoor business like this should have HVAC issues resolved same day or, worse case, next day. We're on Day 4 and no workers anywhere. I plan to ask for a refund for any days where it is too cold to use the gym.

Running/jogging at 5.5 all of a sudden drops to 4 without notice. I had to grab on the side bars to avoid falling . I brought it to the attention of the front desk. They said they would email maintenance. A half hour latter I was surprised to see no warning sign on the tread mill.. Inquired as to why I was told they were waiting on the maintenance guy. I informed them that it was a safety issue and I didn't want to see anybody getting hurt. I had already warned another member of the issue. Their message seems to be let sleeping dogs lie. When safety is not a priority time to move on. Ignorance is bliss
