I am amazed at improvement in my flexibility and strength since starting in Early Dec 2025! Instructors are great at keeping my motivation up and give suggestions for improvement of technique in a quiet manner. I never feel demeaned. The only negative part of membership is not being able to schedule classes sooner than my next month of signups. I am an 8/month member and wish that scheduling for classes could begin a few days before the start of the next month of classes. By the time I am allowed to start signing up for classes, the first 1-4 days are all filled. That leaves too much time without consistent exercise. But, overall, I am happy with Club Pilates!!! Thank you for all your hard work.
