I have certain physical limitations, and Kelly is very conscientious about working around those limitations. Not only does she teach Pilates, but she also offers yoga, barre and healthy cooking classes and demos. I went to one of her raw food demonstrations yesterday evening and had a great time watching Kelly prepare a protein smoothie, a Glowing Strawberry, Mango, Avocado Sprouted Salad and, best of all, her Raw Walnut Cacao Bars, which were heavenly! The salad called for cilantro, which I'm allergic to. Not a problem at all--Kelly just served me before putting the cilantro in. Instructors are great at keeping my motivation up and give suggestions for improvement of technique in a quiet manner. I never feel demeaned. The only negative part of membership is not being able to schedule classes sooner than my next month of signups. I am an 8/month member and wish that scheduling for classes could begin a few days before the start of the next month of classes. By the time I am allowed to start signing up for classes, the first 1-4 days are all filled. That leaves too much time without consistent exercise. But, overall, I am happy with Club Pilates!!!
