Needed a pick me up driving north on I-5 and decided to stop at a local spot instead of Starbucks. Apple Maps took me right to it with no issue. They have a diverse menu but no prices.... To me, that's uncomfortable. I understand that it can be a pain to change prices but maybe at least some flat rates with additions for syrup, etc. They use plastic cups and straws for iced coffee which is okay for once in a while but I couldn't make it a habit unless they allow you to bring your own container. I didn't get to see the screen with my receipt itemized so I don't really know how the total was calculated or give me the chance to tip. Luckily I had cash but technically the barista could have tipped herself without me knowing (like a previous review mentioned). My total for an iced coffee no additions but some creamer was $7.71. Seems like a lot of criticizing for a 4 star review but the coffee was seriously AMAZING. Like wowowow so good. I was sad to realize my cup was 3/4+ ice. I left a $5 cash tip to the barista so a pretty penny for 1/4 of a cup of coffee. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I always pass this place on my way to work. Its a bit of a dark and plain building. Thought I would give it a try. You know support local. When I pulled up the lady was nice. I asked about a menu. She doesn't have one yet. She let me know that door dash had drinks online with pictures. To save time I asked for a coconut drink. She gave me a few suggestions. Decided on the Pina colada. I was starstruck by the drinks she gave me. They were glittery, shimmery and also had a light flashing. Just beautiful!! More than what I was expecting. The drinks online are above a regular coffee stand. So BRAVO for making above and beyond drinks. Customer service was great.

So sweet! I ordered doordash, I love the decorations and the sweet little note. I can tell that every drink is made with care and it shows! I may choose coffee instead of the energy drinks next time but I will definitely be coming back and continue supporting this business and you should do the same!

This brand new coffee stand in a neighborhood that desperately needed it. Quality coffee, excellent customer service and she'll take every request to heart and have it waiting for you the next time you roll through. I'm thrilled to have this stand available to me and stop every chance I get.

This place is amazing, they always take care of me/my orders. This place is just amazing! The glitter, the decorations, the sweet positive notes I get sometimes. Honestly 10 outta 10 definitely recommend!!! Love you guys!! That black beauty is to die for!!! -Mea/Meg

Went there with my friend and we loved it!! We asked for 3 surprise drinks and they were super good! She made us 2 lotus, Huckleberry, guava and one coffee a white coffee cookie dough! The owner was really friendly and we will be returning. It is a new place so there isn't a clear menu but I can guarantee if more people knew about this place it could be a really busy and a popular chain!

6.60$ For an Americano that wasn't even very good. Overpriced and not worth it. The barista couldn't even bother a smile in the morning.

Coffee was good the first time I ordered from doordash so I decided to go in person. Lady that works the window is kind of a douche.

When I walk in here, I feel like I'm inside a warehouse or large parking garage, solely because of the large door near the entrance to this place. Inside, it's blasting K-pop music, and has some tables to sit at. There's also some arcade machines and a photo booth. You order your drinks up at the counter using their kiosks, and they have a bunch of uniquely named drinks like their other location in Cap Hill, with some that are simply just strawberry matcha and mango matcha drinks, though this does keep in line with what a ton of people are crazily lining up for in this day and age (including myself). Since I simply got my drink and sat with my friend, I don't have anything to mention about service here. I got their No. 5 Elixir, which is a mixture of charcoal mango lemonade and a lot of mango bits. First and foremost, I'm happy that it didn't stain my teeth as I drank it, haha. But more importantly, it's sweet and tangy and was very refreshing even though weather was somewhat gloomy when I went. This is a very chill place to hang out at, and I can see myself coming here for a quick designer drink/blend. As of this writing, I still haven't tried all their stuff yet!

Happy to see Drip Tea opening in Kent. The boba and clothing concept is cool…read more What I liked: + Friendly service. I asked for some recommendations for milk tea, and the girl who works there gave me some recommendations. +Spacious and comfortable space - I visited on a weekday and I was the only customer. I can see it being busy with people chatting and playing boardgames on the weekend. What needs improvement: Boba! I almost lowered by rating because the boba did not have a good texture. This time I tried Hojicha Milk Tea, which had a powdery texture and was alright. But I've had other drinks like Post Melona and enjoyed it better. I would definitely go for a fruity tea or blended drink

So I've been frequenting this branch for a few years, along with a few others. They do get busy,…read morebut I don't feel they get as busy as other locations because it's pretty tucked away and hidden. It's off the side of a narrow road so you pretty much have to know it's here or search it in advance. Personally, what I look for in a coffee place Is service that is courteous and doesn't make you feel rushed, items that support their descriptions, and at least a couple of unique rotating seasonal offerings. And Big Foot meets all of those factors for the most part. Where it differs is consistency and uniqueness. I live for ordering the beautiful seasonal drinks, which are pictured on their giant menu board with whipped cream, sauces, sprinkles, etc. Out of the hundreds of drinks I've ordered over the years, I can honestly say I might have received 10 or less as pictured. Sometimes, I might not even get the drink I ordered at all. But I'll never send it back, I know how it is. And I get the shortcuts, too - they're just baristas trying to get the line moving. Most of them look pretty exhausted. All of the locations are open 24 hours a day, so this is probably why most of them ask me for my coffee options several times because they've already forgotten them. Just today, I ordered my drink and the barista was starting to make a cold brew instead of what I ordered. Anyways, I digress. It happens. The coffee presentation wouldn't be a big deal for me if it wasn't for the lack of uniqueness. The seasonal offerings are just a recycled mix of the flavors they already have. For example, it's October and I just tried the Full Moon iced latte and based on the taste it's just white chocolate and macadamia syrups. Where's the pumpkin? Where's the cinnamon and other harvest flavors? These are the things I'm looking for. Since these factors are pretty subjective, I gave it four stars. They're clean and get the job done. All in all, if you're looking for a coffee place that's open 24 hours a day, definitely check them out. You might have a different experience than me.
