I received a call a few hours later from Gretchen and she mentioned that the 3rd was available at 11:00AM which is what I had for the 4th. I asked if there was an earlier spot and she said yes at 10:00AM with her. I told I would take it. I wasn't too picky who did my brows as long as it got done. When I arrived yesterday, my appointment was on time and Gretchen was amazing. Gretchen asked if there was anything in particular that I needed done other than the brow clean up and my response was no. I only pointed out that it's a medium shape for stencil purposes and she agreed. She was friendly, outgoing and a perfectionist like me. I walked out with lovely brows. I look forward to my next visit with her. This has been my #1 place for eyebrow services. I get points on my Nordstrom's card and it's close to where I live. It's a win-win situation for both sides. I told her I wanted a natural brown highlight that maintained my previous color and she made me feel so beautiful by the time we were done! I don't know how she did it, but she blended my brown highlight into my natural dark black hair to compliment my skin tone perfectly. It wasn't brassy, not reddish, it is this perfect shade that looks natural and still beautiful when it grows out. I also enjoyed talking to her throughout our session! Sometimes it can take a massage therapist a few sessions to learn what your body needs and that sometimes makes first massage sessions less relaxing in my experience. Not so with Michaela. She was very intuitive and skilled at attending to my trouble areas (in my case, wrists and shoulders) and not overdoing it in my more sensitive areas that cause me to tense up. Her workspace is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing (and affordable) therapeutic massage!
