Felt like Tamales for Christmas! As did many other Denverites as the lines were fairly long but service was quick. We had the cheese, red pork, and green chili ones as well as some salsa sides and beans. All were very good but we could have used some heat measurements on the salsas as a few were too hot for me. The prices are fairly expensive but overall probably the best tamales you'll find in Denver!

I've been waiting to try Pochitos for such a long time. I tried about two years ago but the line was insane and they sold out. Here we are two years later and I was finally able to go back. I understand why the line was so long that day (other than it being Christmas Eve). The tamales are huge and they have three types: red chile pork, green chile pork, and green chile queso. I tried both of the pork ones and both are delicious with a fun kick at the end. I also got some tortillas to go. Everyone was super friendly and I will definitely be recommending it to friends.

    Red and green pork.

Bought some green and red tamales for Thanksgiving. They were the bomb. Big and meaty. The grean were more spicy but good. Would recommend highly.

The tamales are LEGIT. They're on the expensive side, but totally worth it because in addition to being delicious, they're huge- the masa filling is practically falling out of the corn husks and are loaded with chiles and pork. The rojos aren't spicy at all, but the verdes definitely have a nice kick. The verdes are available either vegetarian or with pork.

Front door. The tortillas are made here. Just inside and off to the left

Good tortillas. Worst tamales ever. If you want dried out masa and no meat go to that place.

We love the tamales, green chile, fresh salsas and hand made tortilla chips! A must go to in the Sunnyside neighborhood.

Got Tamales from them this week . The used to be the best around. Sorry to say I won't be back and I'll make sure we spread the word.

These are the best tamales I've had since moving from Texas. Real homemade, delicious, amazing, huge tamales!

All good until mom found a hair in her red chili and pork tamale. Use hairnets maybe? Yes

The green chili in the cheese tamales made with pork or is it just chopped green chili peppers?

They had both green chile with pork and green with cheese as well. Also the classic red pork.

Originally, we thought dinner would be just our family of four but ended up hosting last minute. With the three sides we ordered, we had more than enough food for four adults, and per usual our two picky eater kids still gobbled some of these delicious yummies down. While the turkey was resting, we warmed up our sides and bam- the perfect feast. Our last minute guests raved about my cooking and I was excited to explain it wasn't me! It was Cultivate Kitchen!! Cultivate definitely gets all of my thanks for making Thanksgiving day so stress free and definitely earned the hearts and stomachs of two new customers who now can't wait to order. Typically, after a day of frantically cooking and prepping for dinner I feel exhausted, overwhelmed and unable to soak in the day lol This year I went to bed smiling and laughing at what an easy and wonderful day we all had. I even woke up not regretting sayin yes to hosting. What a treat! A million thanks!
