That's exactly what we got, a juicy medium rare. Great flavor, great burger. As with our first visit, the plain tator tots side are some of the best we've ever had. The tot-chos... these are next level. The queso style sauce is delicious, and it has some flavor to it that really sets it apart. The chili reminds me of Weinerschitzel, and the guac was a really good addition, bright flavor to go with the heavier chili and cheese sauce. We were originally going to give this place another try on a weekday, but coming on a whim during Sunday lunch worked out just fine. If this quality is how it actually is, then we're looking forward to coming back.
