Went to use the weight room. Not a good vibe. Unfriendly atmosphere. Benches wobbly. Go somewhere else to workout.

Literally made a yelp account just to share my frustrations about this gym…read more Wish I could give it more because it's so conveniently located. But that's about all I can really put in the pro category. I'll break it down super simple: - Whatever you do, DO NOT sign the year long contract. It's the one thing the owner put time and effort into (because it's definitely not towards the upkeep of the facility). - Not female-friendly!!! - The equipment is dirty. - A lot of things especially in the cardio section are broken / janky. - The positioning of the cardio equipment is weird as hell, unsure why we have our backs/butts facing the gym. Just makes me so uncomfortable. - Majority of the wipe bins are empty mid way through the day, I have no idea what the staff is doing apart from just chilling at the front desk. - College gyms & basement gyms are better in regards to quality. They could do so much better, there is a lot of potential! You are NOT getting what you pay for unfortunately.

Certain times of the day this place is swamped but I have also been in where it's been quite quiet. Depending on my mood, both atmospheres are cool. This is definitely a no-nonsense type of place where you can just pop in your headphones and get to work. There is a smoothie bar as well as some RTD protein and energy options as well. My favorite barber has his studio right inside the gym. No added fee's or maintenance things that you get from other gym's in the area, and the monthly price is right in line for the best in the area.

I'm in the area a lot and was looking for a gym I can "call home" when I'm there. I was fully prepared to pay for a guest membership for the day but was delighted when they offered me a free trial. I took full advantage and had a personal training session with Travis, who was AWESOME, and offered some great tips that I hadn't heard before. If you can book with him, definitely do it, he was great! I also took the Tabata class with Ginny, and she was upbeat, friendly, and kept the class moving at an excellent pace. I was definitely sore the next day! I very much look forward to my next trip to visit my daughter and will VERY definitely be returning, and will VERY happily pay for a guest pass!

I have gone here for 3 different classes: Spin, Bootcamp and Cardio dance. The instructors are up…read morebeat and encouraging and the gym is well kept and clean. Each employee of the gym has been welcoming to both my sister and I since we have started going. 'Child Watch' (childcare) is also provided during most morning classes but you must check the class schedule that is posted on the gyms website to make sure. Childcare is $5.00/class (classes are usually between 45 mins-1hr) and you can only pay with cash. We have also found that the instructors and staff who work during the afternoon/evening are much more knowledgable of the front desk and are more welcoming to people of all fitness levels compared to the morning instructors. For new members the gym offers your first two classes free and then gives you the introductory rate of 5 classes for $25.00 (originally $50.00). If you decide to do a monthly membership then it is $60.00/month but if you're like me and prefer a certain class once a week and don't really care to go more than that, you can pay $10.00/class. Overall, it's a nice gym and the two free classes are a huge perk. If you live in the area then it's worth at least checking out.

I joined Life Time Bridgewater as a premium member, paying nearly $300 per month. As a former…read moretennis player, I was excited to learn pickleball since it is the primary racquet sport offered at this location. Unfortunately, my experience with the pickleball program has been extremely disappointing. While the facility itself is beautiful, the culture on the pickleball courts is the opposite of what I expected from a premium club. The staff came across as gatekeepers rather than customer service professionals. Instead of making members feel welcome, I often felt as though they were deciding whether I was "allowed" to play. As a paying premium member, I should not feel like participation is a privilege granted by staff. The skill assessment process is another major concern. Members are required to pay for an assessment to access different levels of play, yet there is little transparency about how ratings are determined. In my experience, the results did not reflect actual on-court performance, and there was no meaningful explanation of the evaluation criteria. A player can compete successfully against intermediate-level players and still be placed in the beginner category without a clear explanation. A transparent, objective rating system would be much fairer. Reservations can also be canceled without meaningful notice or explanation, making it difficult for members to plan their schedules. After speaking with other members, I found that several expressed similar frustrations about the management of the pickleball program. People join Life Time because it is a premium club, and the membership fees reflect that. Members deserve professionalism, respect, transparency, and consistent customer service. The facilities are outstanding, but the management and customer experience of the Bridgewater pickleball program fell far short of the standards I expected.
