I travel often for work and make it a point to stop at different Harley-Davidson locations to pick up shirts for my sons. At several stores, I was told that rewards points only apply to purchases made at that specific location, which made it seem like earning points while traveling wasn't really an option. That's why I was so impressed with Amy Setzer at Pocono Harley-Davidson. She was not only friendly and professional, but also took the time to explain that the Harley-Davidson app allows you to earn points at any participating location--nationwide. She let me know that a lot of people are misinformed about this and clarified how it actually works. Amy showed genuine kindness and went above and beyond to help. She even explained that just checking in to a store through the app earns you 100 points, which was news to me! Thanks to her, I'm now set up to earn points no matter where my travels take me. Just moved to PA in December and after letting my Electra Glide Ultra sit for 4 years, I called PMH in Feb of 2022 and told them about my concerns. (Bad gas, Condensation in oil, etc) They picked the bike up, took the bike apart, went through everything, and called me to come in. After going through what the bike needed to have done, I told them to keep it as long as they needed as I was in no rush (I mean it's Feb right!). Sent my stock stereo head unit out for a rebuild, (Added Bluetooth while keeping CB!) and fixed all the issues. (Brakes, Mouse chewed wiring, HUGE mouse nest in cowl, etc.) 3 weeks later the bike was ready and they sent me on my way. Fast forward to 2nd week in March. Finally warm enough to ride. After just 1 ride, I noticed a small drip of transmission fluid under the bike. Called them up and they told me to bring it back immediately so they could take a look. I did. At this point the service department was in full swing for riding season, and there are at least 20 bikes in the service area, so I'm thinking it's going to be a couple of days at least before they get to it. 3 hours after dropping it off, on a Saturday no less, they called to tell me the bike was ready. Awesome! Furthermore, they only charged me 1/3 of the labor, because they missed the issue when they had the bike. Bike is running like a champ! Never been a fan of dealerships, especially H-D. Most just overcharge and think they are doing you a favor by even working on a bike for you. But PMH did a great job. I will definitely go back if I need something done... read more

Bought a bike here about a month ago, great experience overall. Customer service with ordering parts is lacking. I ordered pipes two days after I bought the bike. I asked if I need to do payment before I order and they said no they'll install and do payment then which is fine. I wanted you to install. Well contacted the salesman to see what's the delay on the pipes. He told me he'd ask and keep me updated. I message him, he doesn't answer. Call parts they don't know anything about it. read more

Before I go on my rant, I just want to point out that the original floor salesman I dealt with was pleasant and helpful and I enjoyed working with him. Now on to the negative... Drove an hour to get to this Harley Dealer to check out a bike they listed for sale on the internet. First off, no prices on the internet. You have to click a button to get a quote. So I did and was told the bike was in the "low 10's". When I get to the dealer, they originally told me the bike was $13,900 then after showing them the quoted email, they lowered it. The "numbers guy" or floor manager, think his name was Jake, whoever he was, was obviously annoyed and said that "they shouldn't even be quoting you that number". I told him that it was done through his companies website and that he can't blame someone else when it was done by his own company. Obviously annoyed with me he abruptly became condescending and rude and ended the conversation walking off. Not one price on any of the bikes on the floor. Not even an information sheet to tell you the year or mileage. Asked for prices on several different bikes but the floor sales person couldn't give me an exact number on any. Poor sales tactics, shady price negotiations and irritable sales department. Won't be buying from this place...ever. read more

Took a long ride up to Pocono HD. Was looking forward to maybe trading in my Heritage. Of all the bikes on the floor not one had a price,year or mileage. No information on any bike at all. In fact nothing in the entire store has a price. All prices have been blacked out with a marker. Not sure if this is a sales trick to make you ask for help. Big turn off for me and my buddies. Tried to get my bike inspected here because they are the only inspection station open on sundays in the area and I work the other 6 days. They failed it for back brakes even though the indicator shows I have 2/3rds of the friction material left before failure. My father has had some bad experiences with them in the past so I go to the Tramontin, NJ harley dealer instead for any maintenance I cant do myself. Sadly, Tramontin cant do PA state inspections. Avoid if at all possible. The service department is interested in money, not honesty. read more

****DO NOT SHOP HERE-****We pulled up a few minutes before closing and normally we wouldn't even come so close to closing but we had an emergency. The part we need was there and we would have been out before they closed. Instead Lisa met us at the door and told us they were about to close up and we couldn't come in. All the while a few groups of people were in there shopping. They were not put out or rushed to leave like us. My group was a group of black people. Although I have never purchased a bike from Keystone, I can say for certain that they do have an excellent parts department and staff. They also have a great selection of accessories and motorclothes. If they don't have what I need in stock, they are happy to order it for me and get it within a few days. When I ordered several thousand dollars in accessories at one time, they were willing to cut me a break on price to save me more than a few dollars! Their knowledge is impressive, but if they don't know the answer, I have seen them dig through many books and parts catalogs to be sure they give the correct answer (and order the right part). I have been going here for many years, long before the new ownership took over, and plan to keep coming back for parts and accessories as long as I ride Harleys! read more
