Worse experience ever. Took our 5th wheel in for a state Inspection and manufacturer recall. Went to pick it up, no tail lights, brake lights or turn signals. Landing gear bent and driver side wet bay door damaged. Left it there for issues to be addressed. We were offered to have a transporter bring the rv to our home due to them being closed from December 24th to January 2nd 2025. Transporter damaged our rv. Now dealing with basic insurance from transporter and Coltons not wanting to help with the responsibility of the damage to our rv. The damaged that occurred while hooked up to the transporters tow vehicle. So honestly, one star is not even deserved in this matter. Said part is, we were told everything would be taking care of by the service manager. read more

We went to Pocono Rv to have slide leak damage repaired back in late July/August 2020, what a nightmare! Jerry promised it would be done by the time we were scheduled to leave PA. As promised, the last day to have it completed, he called roughly 3-4 pm and said it was done...as we pulled up, he gave us the keys and left as they were closing. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT KEEPING MY RIG THERE! The work that was done was a mess...everything they touched was a mess. As a rv shop, you would think they would know what they were doing. Sept 2021 as we were driving, the entire face of the top of the side fell off with the 17' metal bracket which almost hit our small dogs. This was when we found the quality of their work... see pics. Today, the frustration of their quality work continues! We have the same exact leak which they were paid over 10 grand to fix! The ceiling of the slide filled with water and ruined our new sofa, stained and waterlogged our entire carpet and filled our winter home with mold! read more

Apparently recently changed their policy so they only do maintenance on RVs sold by their own sales department.

Can't comment on the sales dept, but they do have a lot of RVs. That said, their service is excellent! Service manager, his staff, and Jackie - all super helpful! Travelling north, My fridge stop working. No lights, nothing. As I began to trouble shoot, I assumed no 12V. Upon looking at the circuit board behind the fridge, the fuse holder was loose and ultimately broken. Calling around for shops in the Allentown area (10am): 1) Shop 1(Family Camping Outlet): Uh, our tech aren't here, they're all at Hershey. Do you have the part? Uh, I'm not sure. Can you check? no. Our folks that do that don't even show up until after 11. 2) Shop 2 (Keiffer's): Very helpful, but did not have in stock. Offered helpful info and said he could have it by Tues. Not good for us as we are enroute to go camping. 3) Shop 3 (Berks-Mont Camping Center): asked for service dept and put on hold immediately. Insert bad "on hold" music. . . 10 minutes. . . Gentleman picks up, "Who are you on hold for?" I respond, "service.". . . .on hold . . . 10 minutes. . . I hang up. 4) Shop 4 (Pocono RV) - transferred to Jackie, explain my dilemma. They have the part (they have 3). They are 1 minute off my route. I tell her I can be there in an hour and ask if they can swap it out and trouble shoot. She checks and says no problem! Set it in the GPS and we're on our way. We show up to a clean shop. I dropped the wife and 2 kids at the pizza shop across the street (good pizza). After getting my info, I cross the street to get lunch. After telling them my little dog is in the camper. Their response was that it was not a problem and that she would be fine. Upon return, I meet the tech doing the job. Really nice and helpful guy. Fixed an additional piece of the drain tub at no charge. My wife also commented on how nice and generally helpful he was as he explained what he had done, etc. Bottom Line: I am a out of luck camper enroute with the family in a Class A (they only sell TTs). In their mind, I am likely not to be a repeat customer, but I was treated as if I had been a long-time customer. Excellent business practice. I have stopped by two times at this business. The first time was for service to our RV and the worker was extremely rude to us. We were new to owning a camper and when we asked questions, the worker was just miserable and rude in responses. We actually just took our camper somewhere else. We then convinced ourselves that the worker probably was having a bad day and months later went back again for supplies. But again the staff was rude to us when we asked for help after walking around store for a few minutes looking for something. We will not be returning to purchase anything here. read more

We were staying here working for a place that made hospital equipment during the pandemic. We had leaking coming in our coach. Contacted Pocono RV. Jerry the service manager got us in and fixed the problem. Then our Redbridge went out. They got one in and had it done in one day. All the people were very friendly and helpful. Pocono RV advertises they are a full service facility ... Inquired about having my Cummins generator serviced and some new batteries installed. The answer from the manager, Jerry, was, they don't do that kind of work. I guess if that's too complicated, I'm not going to trust them for any other work ... Seems here in the Northeast, there is no good RV service centers. Where I am right now .. there isn't even a repair facility for 100 miles .... read more

We were visiting from Colorado in our motorhome when one of our slideouts stopped working. Since it was a large living area slide it made things uncomfortable. We saw an add for Pocono rv at the campground we were staying at. We called them explained our situation to service manager Jerry. He was very helpful, told us to get there by 1 pm. Arrived and Jerry had one of his techs get right on our problem. The tech, sorry can't remember his name, was very knowledgeable. He discovered that the problem was caused by a factor installation problem. They had us back on the road in no time. Very pleased with the whole experience. This was also on the 3 rd of July, which kept us from having to wait over the long holiday. read more

Long Story SHORT.... The owner charlie sold us a unit with a preexisting factory roof defect. They knew about it prior to the sale and tried to patch it rather than fix it right and work with the Manufacturer. Once we found the defect by means of a leak (our first trip), Charlie the owner of Pocono RV proclaimed that he would fix it right or replace the unit... I took him at his word...... Well a year later 2 or so "Bandade's" later and 6 or more hours of me on the phone with the manufacturer and the dealer I was then only able to get a resolution from the Manufacturer. The dealer did nothing to make this right and tried to cover up their poor service. Meanwhile the Owner lied to me all along and did not honor his word to replace the unit. Charlie even told me he was a Christian in trying to sell his lies!! Wow the religion card! I feel cheated and deceived. I thought I bought a "new" camper from a reptiple dealer... wow was I wrong! Charlie even tried to trade my unit in and sell me a new unit for an additional $14,000. He wanted to rob me coming and going!! I will say the Service Manager Jerry was great to deal with... This is an awesome dealership. Jim, the sales guy, was very knowledgeable about all of the campers and steered us in the direction and price range we were looking for. He was able to get us the price and payment that we wanted and was overall a pleasure to work with. The finance guy was very nice and very prepared and organized, which was a very speedy process. Charlie, the owner, walked us through our camper showing us every detail and aspect that we needed to know. The owner actually walked through our camper with us and answered all of our questions along the way.
